Terrible delivery service
Having ordered my cross training bike+ on the 7th December and spending a considerable amount on the premium product I am yet to receive it. This is due to the poor management / systems between XPO and Peloton. Having scheduled a delivery on the 17th December for the 22nd December I was told on the day by a staff member that many people wouldnât be receiving theirs before Christmas due to a lack of product and surplus orders! When my product didnât turn up on the 22nd I was told that this was due to a âglitchâ in the system and that I wouldnât receive it until the 8th when no one will be home to receive it! Massive frustrations and if I hadnât been considering the product for over a year I would be cancelling my order straight away!
Excellent buying experience and quality of equipment
Buying our Peleton has been a smooth and excellent service from the sales rep in the shop, to the delivery and set as well as the quality of the bike and classes available. We feel it has allowed us to step up our fitness regimes in quality and relevant intensity depending on the classes chosen. Really pleased with it all.
Warning-Check your not being double charged
Customer service is appalling. Just found out Peloton have been taking double membership since February and say they only repay 60 days!
Be very careful and check your bank statements if you have more than one piece of equipment with them. Payments were being taken on the 18th and 27th of each month not really obvious on your bank statement.
Having gone on and checked other reviews it appears Peloton has been doing this to customers for a long time.

Donât waste your money with this company, Customer service is non existent, placed an order £2500, ask them for a delivery date, âwe donât knowâ how can you be taking peoples money and have no information on when the bike will arrive, they have no information on their own stock, they simply say itâs down to the delivery company, if this is how they run the company I can see why itâs stock is on the decline, terrible

Luke at Peloton was excellent from start to finish, from showing me the bike and answering all my questions along the way. The communication was excellent from sale to delivery and in organising the bike fit. I couldn't speak more highly of the service I recieved.

I love Peloton! The variety of classes is truly impressive and makes the experience worthwhile. From HIIT, Strength, and Pilates to countless options in Spinning and Meditationâand thatâs just the beginning! The instructors are absolutely fantastic. Whenever I try someone new, I worry they might not measure up to my favorites, but Iâm never disappointed. Each instructor brings their own unique style, which makes exploring different classes both rewarding and fun.
I am NOT happy with my peloton bikeâŠ
I was happy with my peloton bike initially and the membership subscription. After 18 months my bike started to rust and corrode. Peloton did not even reply to my email in which I asked for advice and support. My bike is well cared for in my home - not a garage . For an expensive piece of kit the bike should not rust and corrode.
My outdoor road bikes road in all weather never rusted like this indoor sports kit!

Damaged Tread
Been a member for 3 years. Just bought a tread and it arrived damaged. It took a week of stress and chasing and they will only replace the base unit even though it was damaged inside the box and there is no guarantee that the rest is not damaged.
Cancelling all peloton membership now and getting rid of my bike.

I stopped my membership but they continued charging me (on a different card to the one I cancelled). In October they also doubled the fee automatically. I wrote to their customer service more than 24 hours ago and I havenât heard back yet.
I also saw that they charged me a used equipment fee of 95$ automatically without asking for permission or confirming with me first.

I signed up for a free trail in June 25 âŠand tried to cancel it within the free trail period but they are still taking my monthly £28.99. I have:
Emailed peloton support
Tried to cancel via the app
Tried to cancel via Apple Pay
And today they took the £28.99 a month again.
So far a free trail has cost me £144.95!
And Iâm going to have to pay again next month too unless someone steps in?

Lovely customer service - the only reason I can give for four stars is that the system kept emailing me the wrong size shoe to the size shoe that I had chosen on the website and I had to call in more than once, and it was not taken very seriously, it is time wasting⊠Other than that everything else has been excellent.
