OnesafePC is good softwhere i us it one yeard on my personnal PC and i belive it was efficiant to help me into the PC maintenance . but i by it 10 Euro and now they ask ne 36 euro to have it one year more so Buy Buy

Very smooth customer service experience. Unlike my other Chat experiences where on start immediately we are bombarded by rows and rows of FAQ look-alike pre-scripted text hoping somehow that it solves the problem we are seeking help for! In OneSafe's case, immediately there was a person on the Chat who was absolutely responsive to all my queries and responded very promptly. Throughout the Chat, my experience was that my query were being attended to, and I felt that I was being looked after. All-in-all very impressed with my customer support experience.
