Emma is very experienced broker, she got me the best deal on my residential mortgage in December and also 2 years ago on another property. I had a very complex income structure which she was able understand and get me the right deal with a high street bank. I have recommended her to my family members whom have also taken up on her service and only heard good things about their experience with her and her colleagues.

Emma was great from the outset. Very transparent and helpful. Kirt regularly checked in to see how things were progressing. Highly recommend them!

Communication from Emma has been fantastic in all regards. She has been very clear and informative at every step of the way. She has been very organised in arranging meetings as often as we have required to either explain new things or keep us in the loop with the current progress. On top of everything she has been very flexible to arrange meetings that work around our busy work lifestyle and we know we can contact her at any point should we have any concerns. Definitely a 10/10 if ratings went higher than 5!

Emma has been absolutely brilliant. As a first time buyer I was so clueless about the whole process but Emma made it so smooth and she did all the hard work for us. She made everything simple and easy to understand which just goes to show how knowledgeable she is. I truly cannot recommend her and one step mortgages enough.
