Highly recommend One Step Mortgages, as a first time buyer they have made a confusing tedious process simple and straightforward (especially in these uncertain times with news about rates and house prices) they explain every stage and take great care in understanding what is best for my personal circumstances, budget etc. Emma and Kirt have provided a professional above and beyond service. Honestly if I could give more stars I would!

Well… what can I say! From the beginning, to having my mortgage offer accepted, this has been one of the most easiest experiences ever. Emma and Kirt are the most friendliest, knowledgable people that made this journey.
As a first time buyer, I was unsure what I needed to do, after just one phone call they set out everything I needed to do in the easiest way. I cant say enough, how amazing these guys are. They will do everything in their power to help you. I can’t thank you enough, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from both Emma and Kirt. Friendly, professional and efficient! After securing my mortgage, both have always been on hand for any other queries I had regarding the purchase of my property. As a first time home buyer this was very reassuring to have on side. Wow, where to begin! We've had some very bad experiences with various mortgage advisors and had been trying for months before finally finding Emma at One Step Mortgages through a google search of CIS mortgages.
Straight away she's put us at total ease with how professional she is and her detailed knowledge on all things "mortgage".
After finding out exactly what we needed, she's set about to find the perfect product for us. Once she found what we needed, she reviewed the product with us to confirm we was happy and "held our hand' through each step of the way.
Emma and her team were incredibly patient and understanding of our previous frustrations and past bad experiences. They put their heart into it and many times we were called by Emma out of hours just so we were always updated on the progress. We were never made to feel like "just another client"
We feel extremely grateful to the team at One Step Mortgages to be buying our first home and for making it such a pleasant experience.
