Good company, but their bad for sending you a delivery that's comes on 3 separate deliveries. It's always the thing you need most that's last to arrive. I had an issue with a parcel beingâŠ
I had an issue with a parcel being delivered but not everything I ordered inside. I emailed to see if I could expect a separate parcel? I spoke to Beth, who got back to me so quick having tracked down the other parcel, and knew it was out for delivery. It still hadnât arrived days later, obviously due to the courier not the shop. I emailed Beth just to check the parcel really was on its way. She called and I had it delivered within an hour or so. Delighted with the customer service; late delivery clearly our local courier, I see the same issues with this courier from other folk, so Beth did amazing getting this to me in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this shop.
