Great company in regards to products…
Great company in regards to products and communication, very attentive and helpful couldn't ask for a better service. DHL messed up a delivery twice and one stop grow shop solve with issuse with ease. I had a very helpful woman Beth, I assume everyone is super helpful. Wanna gonna stop using them cause of DHL but this has given me hope to keep using them.

Wouldn’t use anyone else for my orders. Ordered an item that happened to be out of stock but the order was filled within a week and within timescales Kieran promised so big up, thanks Kieran, have a magical day mate.

Wrong item was received but one call and this was quickly sorted out by the super pleasant, polite and positive Beth. New item was sent NDD. Great Customer Service.

Exceptional service
Have to say first an foremost that one stop grow shop , has one of the best customer service help i have ever been shown .
I have made multiple orders online an over the phone an have been fully satisfied with every order .
Also have to give thanks to both Renate an Logan for there exceptional help will processing all my orders .
Above an beyond any service I could of hoped for .

Was sent 1 litre bottles instead of 5…
Was sent 1 litre bottles instead of 5 litre. I contacted Beth and the issue was resolved immediately and the bottles are being dispatched today. Great service once again!

I was missing part of my order so contacted customer service and Logan got back to me straight away, he was amazing he was so helpful and sorted everything out for me and more. Couldn't thank him enough. Will definitely order from this company again. Great service.

Had an issue with my order
Had an issue with my order, one of the products I ordered was the wrong product. I contacted customer support, and my problem was sorted out very swiftly. Can't fault customer support. Communication between email is excellent right until the problem is sorted. Thank you very much.
