Great communication. Ordered item which turned out not in stock and was told immediately. Had option of refund or item sent when stock was in-4weeks away. Opted for latter however 3 days later I’d received the item. Discreet packaging and quick turnaround.

£7.50 delivery that's 24hour delivery in uk ordered on 26th August today evening 03 September still nothing checked wen it was send didn't bother to send until 5 days after purchase .so service total rubbish. !!one bank Holiday is not a excuse.
Therefore 1 star if I could.

I needed a new slightly smaller tent. I wanted a BudBox Pro and there was a good selection of sizes. I reieved an order confirmation receipt and a parcel tracking facility. Parcel arrived (free postage) dressed in a black plastic bag. Not that I'm ashamed of my new tent. The price I payed was good the and tent is superb. Happy Grower.

Great product, great prices, very friendly staff. Only downfall which wasn't they're fault that my delivery was 2 day's late due to the courier not collecting
