Excellent store..!
Fantastic range of hydroponics and hardware store. Excellent customer service and a few good stars in there.
Had to order an extra item on top of ordrr and the guys were on it at the store were on top of it all rhe way through . Real good genuine guys at the store like Logan who handled all communication non stop.
Really happy with one stop grow shop and hope to be ordering soon. Number one store in the uk.

Placed several orders at one shop....very helpful & professional! Had to change my order due to my circumstances changing, and they changed it & and gave me an added discount. Renate was very helpful, polite & professional. Great store!!

5* customer service
My go to shop for all the necessities, don't listen to the bad reviews, I have placed lots of orders here, and I really can not moan about the speedy delivery, discreet packaging, and customer service!. Had a slight delay with my last order, but a message to customer service and I got logan, who explained the situation, apologised, then has kept me up to date with every step of the parcel process.... the guys a legend. A real credit to osgs!

Great customer care
Top customer care at osgs, couple of issues with my delivery that was very quickly taken care of by Logan who went above and beyond co correct them. Give the man a raise!

Super freindly and knowledgeable team
I have been using One Stop Grow Shop for a few years now, and they have not failed me yet. Every order arrives quickly and if any small errors occur (even on my end) they are extremely helpful and fast in resolving them. It is a super friendly team so I cannot recommend them enough.

Great customer service
Great company. Items are good quality and quickly dispatched, and the customer service is brilliant!
I had an issue which was dealt with better than I could have expected by Logan- was very much appreciated.

onestopgrowshop staff are very easy to talk to which is usually not the case with many other outfits one has to deal with. I had a problem with a small order and I rang up and got it sorted just like that! Approachable; friendly; very helpful: what's not to like? They are now my go to website. Can't fault them especially a lady called Ren.

Delivery Issue
I ordered an item off the website but something was missing when it was delivered and the employee handling my issue was very polite and calm when speaking to me on the phone. Also they helped get my order dispatched the next working day. The service was great and I would definitely recommend the site to anyone looking to get into gardening.

I had ordered 2 x 1 litre Seafuel. Beth contacted me to say that 1l Seafuel was out of stock, would I accept a 2.5 litre for the same price - which was a good price anyway. What a great service. Thanks Beth.

After placing my order, I received a mail from you telling me there was a delay, and that you were on the case, so I was willing to be patient, and then you told me that you were chasing it up,,,, I was ready to wait some more 😉 but Beth said in her mail that she was doing what she could to get my order off to me, withing no time she sent another mail saying 'it's on its way'.
Excellent customer service, the kind that deserves respect these days.
