Been with OneSure a couple of years now and I can honestly say they are the cheapest and best around right now, even today I had a small issue my own doing and their agent Samantha dealt with it professionally and was very polite and patient with me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for motor trade policies. Kind regards J. Brown

Needed information about a commute I was about to make abroad. Alex provided great service, information and was very helpful.

After a really poor experience with a different motor trade broker setting up my first motor trade policy, I cannot tell you how different my experience with Dean was in setting up my motor trade insurance. Knowledgeable, patient and the premium was so much better priced that I was able to take out cover for my new premises in addition and still be cheaper. All with the same insurer and the same level of cover. If you are a start up motor trader, ask for Dean, huge help and saved me hundreds. Thanks

Thomas was very quick at understanding my complex question he very quickly was able to sort out my problem directly speaking to the insurance company

Thomas today was amazing, sorted an issue ive been trying to get sorted for almost 7 months. One phone call, 5 mins with Tom and its sorted. Couldnt ask for a better experience

Call handler , listened, fully understood my situation and resolved my problem.

This company is fraudulent. Auto renued my policy without permission after I had a dispute earlier in the year and told them I would never use them again and auto renue was supposedly turned off. (They should have this call recorded) and have been billed £311 to cancel. Told my new company who I’m very happy with and they knew all about them! Scammers! You have been warned! See you in court onesure!

Holly was very helpful , right from the start. I tried to transfer my insurance from one vehicle to another with my original company. The price was unbelievable. So i went to one sure. Cut my renewal in half, and very helpful all the way. Lovely to speak to a human being. im not a lover of those chatbot things. Never get a straight answer, well done

Contacted One Sure to amend my policy, was dealt with by Samantha , who sorted everything out very efficiently, I even had to ring back with additional information on 2 other days and got Samantha on the phone again . First class service all round .
