One Travel Club レビュー

Can’t recommend Kerrie enough! From the moment I booked Kerrie kept me up to date with all information needed and couldn’t have been more helpful. The Dubai holiday she booked was outstanding and her knowledge of Dubai was invaluable. I have already booked with her again for next year!

Sam Gentry was brilliant before and during our fantastic holiday. She quickly rebooked our break when we needed to reschedule, made our table reservations for us at our all inclusive resort, and she ensured that we would be looked after as coeliacs. Sam replied to messages quickly and with positivity and reassurance. We were very grateful for her guidance.

We reached out to Claire after she was recommended by a friend to help us book a multi-generational family trip to Disneyland Paris, and honestly, she made the whole thing so much easier than we expected.

We wanted to drive over via the Eurotunnel as we were spending extra time with family in France, so it wasn’t a straightforward package holiday. Claire sorted everything for us, including the Eurotunnel, a hotel for the night before, a hotel outside the parks, and then a Disney hotel with all of our park passes. It was all planned perfectly.

A couple of weeks before we were due to travel, we had some unexpected family circumstances and needed to make some pretty major changes to the booking. I was dreading it, but Claire couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt directly with Disney, rearranged hotel rooms, changed names, sorted the park passes and took all the stress away from us. Best of all, she managed everything without it costing us anything extra.
As well as all this she helped us upload the Disney app and gave us some suggestions for things to do and places to eat

She also made sure we knew exactly what we needed before we travelled, from the Eurotunnel requirements to insurance and all the little details that are easy to forget.

One of the loveliest touches was the little travel pack she sent for the children before we left. It had sweets for the journey, some Disney goodies and was such a thoughtful surprise that got them even more excited.

Even while we were away, Claire checked in to make sure everything was going well, which really showed she genuinely cares about her customers and not just making the booking.

I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone looking to book a holiday. She has been so knowledgeable, incredibly patient and she goes above and beyond from start to finish.

Thanks again for everything.

Review for Millie

We honestly couldn’t recommend Millie highly enough! From start to finish, she made booking our family holiday to Crete 🇬🇷 completely stress-free and seamless.

Our all-inclusive holiday was absolutely amazing, and as a family of four we had the best time ever. Everything was so well organised, and it was such a relief knowing that all the details had been taken care of for us.

Millie was fantastic throughout the whole process — so helpful, friendly and professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The holiday was everything we hoped for and more, and we came home with some amazing memories as a family.

We will definitely be booking through Millie again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a personal, reliable and genuinely caring travel agent.

Thank you so much, Millie, for helping make our holiday so special! ❤️✈️☀️

I booked with James who made my experience so smooth sailing. I’m not a huge holiday goer so I’ve never been good at finding good deals but James found a holiday that is exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Croatia. Sam organised everything to a great detail and gave us an outstanding advice. The trip was an absolute joy. I would highly recommend Sam and I would most certainly book through her again.

Booked our family holiday with Lisa Baker again this year and as always she is very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We had a last minute cancellation to our holiday due to my son badly breaking his foot before we went and unable to fly, Lisa was on hand as always to sort this for us even whilst she was on her own holiday!! You definitely don’t get that service from when booking online!
Thanks so much Lisa B xx

First booking with Alex and it couldn't of gone smoother. I have previously been to Majorca two years ago, but this time through Alex, was so much better. Alex arranged the hotel, flights and all the transfers for us which made a huge difference and saved us money. She was also in contact with us throughout to ensure everything was ok. I won't be travelling again unless it's through her and will be recommending her to my friends and family!

What can I say about Steph? This is the fourth holiday she’s booked for my family and we couldn’t be more impressed. Steph first came to the rescue back in May when our original accommodation for Sardinia fell through. She booked a simple yet perfect hotel resort for us with a large swimming food and fantastic food.
We just had another wonderful holiday in Mallorca at an all inclusive where friends of ours had visited the year before (also booking through Steph). This place did not disappoint! From the food, to the amazing pools and the daily entertainment - we were so impressed! Steph always gets the brief for us and she’s so thoughtful with her little gestures, like leaving gifts in our room for when we arrive.
HIGHLY recommend her services!

We used Sharron for the second year in a row, Turkey last year and a cruise this year. Both times Sharron beat the price of booking direct with quite some margin. Great experience from booking all the way to post holiday feedback and Sharron was great when we had issues with our Turkey booking (Hotel not ready on time), going out of her way to ensure the issue was resolved.

This is my second holiday I’ve booked with Emma Morris and it won’t be my last. I usually know what I want for my holiday but feel overwhelmed with all the choice out there. And I don’t always find exactly what I want. On both occasions I said to Emma what my preferences were and she came back with the right holidays plus suggestions and advice. I look forward to booking my next holiday with Emma.

Lisa was so helpful throughout all of the planning and the holiday! We booked this quite last minute and she was super helpful with finding us exactly what we wanted. She was great with giving us recommendations on where to go and how to get about. Could not recommend her enough!!

We have now booked several holidays using Laura Ash. Every time she has smashed it! She is helpful, friendly, informative and efficient. She has booked couples get-aways to full (large!) family holidays! She has always been helpful in finding the right holiday, accommodation and flights for us. Where possible, she adds any little extras and is always on hand when we have any questions / queries. I would 100% recommend Laura Ash to book and organise your next holiday.

We have had the pleasure of using Emma Morris for 3 family holidays and every time she has smashed it out the park.

From consideration and guidance on locations to suit budget, the options within destinations and the details with luggage, pushchairs and hire car rentals - she’s 5 star!

From our first family holiday with our 1st baby, to supporting the planning and booking of an Italian camping trip this year - she’s always got our best interest, every detail covered and her commitment to the very best holiday options at the centre of her service.

We will be using Emma for many family holidays in the future and only wish it could be more than once a year ;-)

Our holiday was perfect from start to finish! The agent I used was Rachel Smith and cannot thank her enough for all she did. Rachel was so informative and helpful during the booking process. Everything ran smoothly and the hotel was unbelievable. What they do for children there is unreal. I will and have be recommending Rachel to family and friends and wont hesitate to use her for our future holidays!

I booked a once in a lifetime trip with Sam Gentry-Marshall this summer, it was a big birthday trip & I knew I needed somebody who I could trust to deliver in all aspects of our trip. Sam went above & beyond from day 1, often sending over accommodation recommendations & amazing day trip advice not only in the working day but evenings & even whilst on holiday herself 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It was a 3 week trip & I can honestly say, the best trip of our lives, no stone was left unturned, from everything from flights, private airport transfers, amazing luxury accommodation, trips to an Elephant Sanctuary, a guided riverboat tour amongst many other wonderful places.
Sam managed everything with professionalism & having her at the end of the phone 24/7 was remarkable (thankfully never needed it as everything was so stress free & perfect).
I can’t thank Sam enough for her knowledge & kindness, it was truly amazing & we will never book with a different agent again !!
Thanks for everything, excited for next years trips 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been using Kerrie as my go to for holidays for nearly two years . I won’t go to anyone else ! She is quick, knowledgeable and always makes sure I receive the best price. Every holiday there is always a note in room to say enjoy. These little touches go that extra mile!! Holiday searches are now easier as she knows all my preferences and saves me so much time.

Lisa did such a fantastic job at finding us our wonderful holiday . I can’t recommend One Travel Club enough . We will definitely be asking Lisa to help us find a holiday next year . Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you Lisa x

Alexandra was amazing from start to finish, she helped with my worries about how my autistic son will cope, spoke to the hotel for me and went above and beyond to calm this nervous mum down, we had the best holiday and will be using her to book our next holiday again, thank you Alexandra xx

Booked a holiday last year for May of this year through Angela at One Travel Club for myself and four children. The process was seamless from start to finish with Angela keeping me updated at all stages and as soon as any changes to the holiday were announced. Even better is she managed to get the holiday cheaper than I had seen anywhere else which was a bonus.
Absolutely would not hesitate to book my next holiday with Angela, knowing the stress is taken away for me.
