Sam was amazing - from start to finish.
Booking for a group of 11 was always going to be challenging. Lots of people who all had different views and opinions. Sam was so patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. After a short while, she found us a beautiful villa which turned out to be perfect. Sam booked everything from flights to Villa, from seats on the plane to transfers, from special assistance to care hire. Throughout our holiday, Sam messaged to check everything was ok and since being back she has also made contact. Thank you Sam. You took away all the stress of booking a special holiday for such a large group of people. We can not thank you enough :)

Laura Ash was amazing!!

Laura has booked us a few holidays now and I can’t recommend her more highly. I’m not the easiest to please at times but nothing is too much or a problem for Laura. She was so fast in identifying our needs, offering us competitive prices and then booking it straight away when we’d made our decision. Every little detail is taken care of. First class service as always!!

Katy has now booked a few holidays for me and the service has been perfect every time! She’s so helpful in helping you find the best deals and has saved me money every time. If I tell her what I’m looking for, she’ll send me some really good options to choose from and make the booking process so easy and flawless. It’s so nice to have that extra bit of pre-holiday stress taken away! Thankyou again❤️

Danni helped us book our first Ikos holiday to the new Kissamos resort. She was great, answered all my million questions and everything went unbelievably smoothly! I highly recommend booking with One Travel Club and I’ll be booking my next holiday with Danni again soon!

We recently returned from an amazing trip to Lisbon, and I wanted to thank Angela at One Travel Club for her outstanding service.

From the moment we booked, Angela was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication throughout was excellent.

One of the highlights was that Angela managed to secure a hotel upgrade for us, which made our stay even more special. It was a fantastic surprise and really enhanced our experience in Lisbon.

Angela went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her attention to detail gave us complete confidence before and during our trip. I would highly recommend Angela at One Travel Club to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a seamless holiday experience.

Thank you, Angela, for helping make our Lisbon trip so memorable. We will definitely be booking with you again in the future!

Angela went above and beyond. Sorted our holiday to Gran Canaria, the holiday was perfect for us. Angela provided excellent customer service through out & looked after us from the booking , the holiday and afterwards with the luggage damage. We highly recommend Angela. We will be booking our next holiday with her. 😀😀😀

Second time travelling with ALEX sorting everything for me, honestly the best experience, stress free holiday, told her I wanted to go on holiday to somewhere in greece in two days time and she sorted everything for me the same day, cannot recommend enough

Angela always goes above and beyond. This was a large group and she happily juggled all of our questions and different needs swiftly

Danni sorted the holiday with all are requested. We had the best holiday with everything booked and sorted. Hotel was fantastic, rooms, food etc

We had the best week away as a family of 5 - thank you Dani - from the great pricing for our IKOS trip and all the extras that went over and above. Everyone in the family loved the trip, which is an impossible task. Thank you so much and we will 100% be booking again with you and Ikos.

Laura has yet again been fabulous. This is my 3rd booking with her and each time she’s been amazing. Really listens to what you want and shows patience when you potentially change your mind. I won’t book with anyone else now 😊

Rachel Smith made my booking experience completely stress free. She found us a great deal for our family with a free child place, checked us in and took all the hard work out of it, all I had to worry about was what cocktail to try first!! Highly recommend her and will go with her in the future - thank you !!

I felt that our holiday was tailor made to us and that nothing was too much bother. Requests were dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner.

Dear Bavita

I hope you are doing well.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service Bavita provided in arranging our recent holiday to Greece Rhodes on the 20th July 2026. From the very beginning, your professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to ensure everything was perfectly organised made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.

The holiday itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation, location, and overall arrangements were excellent, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we have returned home with many happy memories.

Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service was evident throughout, and it made a significant difference to our overall experience. It is rare to receive such a high standard of care, and I wanted to let you know how much it was appreciated.

Thank you once again for your dedication and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to family and friends, and I look forward to booking another holiday with you in the future.

With my sincere thanks and best wishes,

Jas Singh

Sharron Taylor planned our complex three-week, multi-stop honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius flawlessly, coordinating numerous flights, transfers and connections without a single issue. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, Steph’s communication and professionalism was excellent. She asked questions and made suggestions and tweaks to find us a holiday that we were happy with.
Booking and checking in were seamless as Steph took the stress out of our hands and updated us with payment reminders and check in details.
She was even available while we were on holiday - not that we needed anything, luckily.
A truly VIP service. I would 100% recommend.

Sharron did an excellent service booking our summer holiday for us, she arranged everything for us, booked seats together and also included meals for our flights at a fantastic price that was cheaper than anywhere else. We will 100% book again with her

Thank you for a stress free holiday.

Julie - THANK YOU!

Julie had helped us book our wedding holiday - this included booking 36 people all on one holiday, she took the stress of us as bride and groom and handled everything, finding us the best hotel, booking flights and managing payments.

The hotel she found was absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted, it pleased everyone from oldest to youngest.
Julie was so professional and just so lovely in every way! Any questions we had where never too much trouble and she took every stress in booking the holiday, to managing the payment from everyone.

She was even so kind to add some special touches to our room and holiday to make it even more special.

I couldn’t recommend Julie enough to help book your holidays!

Thank you Julie💕
