I booked for 5 days hotel in Sharm el sheikh with this agency and it has gone all well. I have also saved on rates hotel. They have promptly answer for any question. Good service

I booked a holiday to Spain from the UK last October and came across a site called spainhotelsdirect.com, which was offering very good rates on Spain holidays. They explained that they work with Onlinetravel, a trusted travel partner that provides the secure booking system.

I am usually quite cautious with new websites, so I did my research first. I checked and saw that they are a properly registered company and that the holidays are ATOL protected in the UK, which gave me the confidence to go ahead.

I booked a holiday to the Costa Blanca with them and was genuinely impressed. All the confirmations arrived by email within minutes and everything was clear, detailed and professional. When we travelled, everything was exactly as booked. The hotel was as described and the transfers they arranged were excellent, with a driver who was on time, professional and very friendly.

Our holiday went smoothly from start to finish and we had zero issues at all. Based on my experience, I would happily book with Spain Hotels Direct again and I would not be worried about using them in the slightest. I would genuinely trust them over random negative comments online that do not provide any real proof or detail.

It is definitely not a fraudulent website. I paid, travelled, stayed and came back without any issues, so I do not give much weight to the negative reviews.

complete scam, do not use. Like others, they cancelled my hotel 4 days prior to our arrival and said the could not process a second payment without any notice. do not use this company. when I called 4 hours after seeing the email I was told it was not there problem and the computer canceled the room and I just needed to go find another hotel. We frequently travel internationally and this has never happened.

Pay close attention, it is a fraud scheme.

Como ya avisaron otros clientes, esta plataforma actúa como una mafia estafadora, primero paga y luego imposible reclamar o exigir el cumplimiento de lo acordado. Todas sus garantías son falsas. Huir !!!

This company will take the money from the account offer free cancellation and will not refund or cancel it without full payment and then they will refund it in vouchers and I was tricked to believe that I was booking direct with the hotel and after the booking they don't reply to you with any other information about the booking and you can only contact them by clicking on links that have hidden conditions and the booking is not made the money was taken from a hidden account and they pretend that they are a good company and they are clever and they have emails to look like the real email address but it's slightly different don't give them your money I'm going away and I'm having to pay for accommodation twice as the hotel as no booking for me and my money as disappeared

Half an hour before going onto an international flight, they informed me that my reservation was cancelled. Then, I called their number and they didn't know the details. So, I had to scramble because Rome was completely booked. Don't reserve with them.
