Absolutely disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and when problems came up, there was zero effort to resolve them. I felt completely ignored as a customer. I would never book with this agency again and definitely would not recommend them.

I have an issue with the reservation and I just called them around midnight and they had it solved fast.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in many ways. The reservation management was poor, with a complete lack of communication that caused significant inconvenience for our guests. They arrived at 1 AM without being informed that check-in was required by 7 PM. This disorganization and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. We do not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability and customer care. We hope they take serious steps to improve their service.
