When i booked tickets i was i hurry and didn’t read the t&c , I thought it will be in email whatever is required you guys didnt mention to bring id proof in that .. it was my 1st event in london and I didn’t know that hard copy was required… you should mention each and everything in your email as well.So i came back from central london to harrow at 2am ….didn’t attend your event
Poor service

Good service, however I bought multiple tickets soo it was annoying to log into individual tickets to scan QR Codes, it would have been easier to have all this emailed so we are not holding up the waiting time for others when at the entrance of the venue.

The event was not that great had to queep up for like 1 hour in the cold afterwards the club was three floors but only one was used the music was horrible like nothing that I expected

SCAM!!!

They advertised and were selling tickets for an event which was already over. I am chasing them up for an refund since 2 weeks now.

They are not responding to any emails, messages or Instagram dm’s. Horrible service. I will definitely put a claim through ombudsman and make them pay!!

I feel disgusted by the organisation from On repeat. Tamasha was overbooked by a mile. 1700 people, that's just not done. Atleast 500 people were denied entry because of lack of organisation. Just a scam to earn as much money as possible by even using dynamic pricing. Everyone who couldn't enter deserves a refund

I booked an event and the date was subsequently changed. I was not formally notified of this - found out by hearsay and had to check their Instagram page to find further details. Not acceptable given I had paid for my ticket on the proviso it was on the date it was advertised on.

Great experience

Too many people on the Desi summer boat party on Thursday 29 July. Late departure time. The middle deck was not allowed to my used, meaning the ground and upper deck were over crowded. This not only meant that there's limited dancing space, but it's also unsafe due to social distancing regulations. In addition, many people's personal items got lost - security wasn't tight enough and not paying attention to customers' baggage security. They also seemed unwilling to help when asked for advice or to help find the missing items. All in all, event was misorganised. There should have been reduced capacity on the boat - max 150 students not 400-500! It's not all about maximising profit margins, but also about providing quality of service and safety should be a priority at all times. It should have been only London Universities as one boat event and all other outer London universities could have a separate boat party event. Or there should have been 2 boats. This would make more sense and people would enjoy the event more. I feel it was a waste of time and money. Even the DJs (Senator and Harpz) were not great-only played banger tracks at the end when event was almost over. Have better DJs next time please and less people on the boat so we can actually breathe and dance properly!

A great events service provider. The people who manage the event ensure that each customer they serve are dealt with to the best standard possible leaving customers satisfied with queries and other questions. Overall I am satisfied with OnRepeat and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well Done Guys!!!
