DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE
They prey on people who are trapped inside or outside the house. I was in a terrible panic to get my jammed door open and clicked on the first link on google which was them. They charged me three times the going rate and tried to make themselves seem reasonable by using websites that listed parts at over the double the going rate.
ATTENTION : NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
They charge me $1320 to open my door.. rgey said tha will $550 and then appears with an account of $1320. I was alone at night and was not a good experience at all!!!
This company charged me £1320 to open my door and change the lock! He was not up front about costs and took advantage of the fact it was late at night and I was on my own. They seem to be trading under different names, DEFINITIVE TRADING ltd and no longer answering my calls
They charged £970.00 for emergency locksmith service. The phone quote was only less than £300 but the engineer gradually added high charges I was never told at the beginning. They took advantage from my vulnerable situation like fraudsters do!! Now, I am seeking advice from solicitors in Citizen's of Advice and they are taking this incident very seriously.
