Onvi app is very user friendly, making it easy to use. Karl - one of the Onvi technicians was very helpful and attentive with helping me set up my onvi profile for my business. Would definitely recommend using this service based on Karl’s excellent customer assistance.

This app has made a big difference to our business in so many areas. The support team are fantastic always there to answer any questions and help with any changes we may need to implement.

Having had moderate service with another provider before switching to Onvi, I was very keen to see if their system lived up to all the hype! I can only say that they have exceeded all my expectations.
The POS itself is a joy to use. Clear, simple and capable of making adjustments on the fly. The QR code ordering system is smooth and very easy to understand from the customers perspective, it literally allows me to run my bar solo in all but the very busiest of times. I call it my digital assistant and it’s been a godsend.
I did however want more, being a demanding customer myself! Josh (my liaison with Onvi) has been wonderful, listening to all my suggestions and following up on everything I asked. To the point I was lucky enough to have a senior developer visit me in person, take in my feedback and implement it in quick time.
Hence Onvi has gone from a QR/till system to a fully fledged POS that does everything you would expect from a much more expensive system. I can now allocate tabs and tables, take orders from my phone, see detailed tickets for kitchen and bar and have full sales and stock breakdowns whenever I need. Seamless click & collect alongside delivery app integration is the icing on the cake, and with WhatsApp tech support you’re never more than a minute away from an answer to any questions one might have.
I honestly can’t recommend this system enough. Josh and team are always there if needed and have been thoroughly reliable since day one. Onvi really has revolutionised the way I run my business and I can only hope that more people will step away from the old normal and adopt this system. It’s literally the future.

Josh is a FAbULOUS person through and through. No hidden agenda. What you see is what you get.
Being a small catering company we were approached a couple months back but timing wasn't good for us. I told Josh I'd be back. Not because of Using Onvi but more so because of the warm, personable and friendly experience that was provided. "They will forget what you said to them but they will always remember how you made them feel" and that sums it up really. Couldn't remember the fine details or the company name but I remembered Josh. And that's why we had chosen to jump on board. We haven't used the system just yet but excited to get started. A smooth, effortless and organised experience so far. Thank you xx

Great easy to use system, reasonably priced with no hidden or monthly fees and the support you recieve is second to none!!

I had support from a young lady called Monica and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if she tried.. Monica got me up and running in no time and I was amazed how quickly she got our menus set up and ready for people to order from!!

We are a small coffee shop using POS for the first time. We are very happy with the system. It has made customer ordering much more efficient and we are getting used to the benefits of the analytical features. We had a few teething problems but the support has been fantastic even on Bank Holiday Monday and Monica, our onboarding support contact has been amazing. We are very pleased with our choice.

I am so grateful for the help I received along the way of setting up Onvi.. I was going back and forth with Karl and he was just brilliant! I’ve been a customer for three months now during the preparation phase of my new micropub. On a few occasions whilst refining our menu I had to call upon the technical team to help me sort stuff out. The team were so helpful: quick, polite and always got me sorted straight away.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
