I would strongly advise anyone to avoid OpenRoad Lending. The process is inefficient, and I felt misled and taken advantage of. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! If a person wants to refinance a vehicle this is the ones for you. No hassle all online, couldn’t ask for nicer people, answers all your questions!

Open Road Lending ! The Best

This is my second time using open road lending, they were good on communicating and providing updates on anything needed to complete process.

The entire process was quick and easy. Jackie was great and kept in contact with me every day. I was able to save $70 a month on my car payment!

Easiest refinancing process
I have refinanced assets in the past, and our experience with OpenRoad has proved to be the easiest and most streamline process. Ms. Hornisher was extremely helpful and attentive during the entire process. We could not be more pleased.

I had a great experience with refinancing my auto loan. I had Amera as my loan representative who was very helpful and explained the process which was very quick and easy to navigate. I knew where I was at in the process and Amera checked in every step of the way! I highly recommend using Open Road for your lending needs, I was able to lower my interest rate and save money.

So I normally don't trust lending place that are not true banks but I received a offer in the mail stating I can save a $139...
so I'm like ok imma try.When I talk to someone I would only save $45,so I was like something is better than nothing.....I went thru the WHOLE process just for them to tell me I'm declined because of someone making a mistake on my mileage which she stated it was overlooked 3 times before the final process.....I am highly upset because I sent in all my personal info.
