Hi,
We've checked your order and can confirm 100% that what you bought was a valid Steam key, not an account.
We do not sell accounts and never will do. If you need help locating or redeeming your Steam code please reach out to us directly and we will support you.
Many thanks,
The Opium Pulses Support Team.
