Hi Libor,
I apologise for the delayed response, earlier this month we had some trouble with our key delivery system that we worked very hard to address as soon as possible. We're a small team so this took longer than we'd hoped.
We believe all customers have now had their orders fulfilled or full refunds offered. Please can you confirm if your problem has been resolved? We'd hate to think we missed someone.
Kind regards,
The Opium Pulses Team.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience during our manual review.
Obviously this was an unusually high-value order which needed to be checked. This has now been approved.
Please be aware, high risk orders will often need to be manually reviewed and can take up to 24 hours.
This is mostly to protect our customers who may have been the target of fraud themselves.
Thank you for reporting the website being down for you. We are aware of this issue affecting some users and are trying our best to resolve as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.
Great game shop!
Good, trustworthy site, with some great discounts. I've been buying games and software from Opium Pulses for almost a decade, and I have nothing but good things to say.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Our product pages for each bundle clearly explain in detail which games are part of the order and which are added as bonuses but potentially expired keys.
Please be sure to read the description of each product before purchasing. If a product listed as part of the deal does come back as duplicated, we are more than happy to replace or refund.
Kind regards,
Opium Pulses Team.
