I managed to get my contact lenses back after 7 days!! Just didn’t fit me that’s why. After I worn them for 8 month, no sign of allergy!

I ordered my lenses online. Got NO confirmation, i had to write to them that after the payment why they did not sent me any confirmation and when can I expect delivery? 5 hours later they contacted me that what i ordered is not even in stock… why they sell something they don’t have? They said in this case only next week delivery is possible. I accepted even if i needed the product urgently. Next week no Contact… tuesday afternoon I contacted them again, that what about my parcel. They completely forget that it exists. Now that i Reminded them that they have to deliver it, they sent it to me finally for the next day. Ofc we have problem with the delivery because i mentioned my address but they stated that that address is wrong. How??? I am living here! I cannot change my address just because they don’t like it. So all in all, they take the money, then if you do not ask them, do nothing. Moreover, the guy who handle the whatsapp don’t speak English, so you cannot really solve the situation. Once he called me and during the call speak to someone else and than in the middle of the sentence just broke the line. This CS is unacceptable. And usually i don’t care if the delivery guy doesn’t speak English, but if you wanna solve a situation, the customer service representative MUST speak the language. And now the news? “Mdm. We know nothing about your delivery”. Amazing! After i paid 500…… never again!! This is the worst service i’ve ever seen

Best place to find contact lenses money can buy

Most of services are good but delivery time a bit longer than expected. Communication needs to be improved.

I was actually not for buying expensive glasses but it was needed for me becasue my last cheap one broken in one year, and it's too soon :(
This time I am decided to buy somethign nice and expensive, and got Tom Ford glasses from here and quality is high. Shipping was qucikly and I got what I ordered in new condition👍 I can reommending this website to anyone whos lookin gfor glasses.

The delivery time. It ahould be delivered the next day of order same before when I ordered. But for this order I have paid Aed50/ to get my order as I need to rcvd it day after my order
