I went with this platform to trade SPX credit spreads. Everything was fine for a few weeks until one day they decided there was no more selling SPX options. I contacted customer service to see what happened and they said they sent an email but I never did get one. Even at that, just because you send an email doesn't make it acceptable to change the rules while the game is being played. Apparently they brought back selling but with some added risk tolerance rules. I have been able to trade again but I have no idea for how long. I find changing rules for existing accounts unacceptable. It's hard to trust a company like this. Buyer beware.

I love the platform because of the simplicity ranging from the trading platform to the Account management platform. Also, like the responsiveness of their support portal. And lastly, price update is real time.

My only suggestion will be for the Evaluation price to be reduced atleast for new subscribers

Super easy to use and understand. The website is overall designed very well. Their trading platform is also very user friendly and never gave me any issues.

The company was very well organized and made it very easy to use and access.

Options funding is a very affordable way to get a funded account— quick and easy process. The trading platform that you trade on from the website is phenomenal, and let me just tell you, the discount codes to pay for your eval account are insane!! I wouldn’t recommend another funded platform ever!!

Options Funding – One of the Best Trading Platforms I've Used!

Having traded on several options platforms over the years, I can genuinely say that Options Funding has been a refreshing experience.

One of the biggest standouts for me is how incredibly easy it is to place trades. The Rixtrade platform is superb. It's intuitive, clean, responsive, and doesn't overcomplicate the trading process. Compared to platforms I've used, including DxFeed and ETNA, I find Rixtrade far superior in terms of usability. When you're actively trading options, execution and ease of navigation matter, and I really appreciate how simple they've made everything.

The mobile application is equally impressive. It's fast, reliable, and seamlessly reflects my desktop positions. Being able to monitor and manage trades from my phone without dealing with a clunky interface is a huge advantage.

Another major positive is their straightforward, easy-to-follow rules. I especially appreciate that they don't impose restrictive consistency requirements to earn payouts. This allows traders more flexibility rather than feeling pressured to trade a certain way just to qualify for their earnings.

The ability to hold positions overnight is another fantastic feature. Not every trade needs to be closed by the end of the day, and having that flexibility removes unnecessary stress. It allows me to focus more on my strategy and less on arbitrary restrictions.

I also want to highlight their customer support. Whenever I've had questions, they've been quick to respond, helpful, and professional. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference, especially when you're dealing with a trading platform.

What I appreciate most about Options Funding is that they've made the overall experience feel simple without sacrificing functionality. Trading is challenging enough on its own. The platform you use shouldn't make it harder.

User interface is so simple! You get enough time to pass and they're always having deals which in comparison...isn't even comparable. Rules are fairly easy to comprehend and you can see all your analytics whether it be per account or in general.

Honest and professional people that resulted in numerous quality investments and profits.

Easy to follow rules. They don't force you to be consistent to earn money. You can hold overnight which makes life less stressful. Good for anyone less skilled who like to test or learn the trade with small risk.

Easy to use interface, reminded me of trading view. Great for beginners

I can show you my own account, I even broke rules which I was aware of but still got paid out. I traded with many prop firms (This is my first in options) and I can tell you that most of them are scams and never pay you out. I spent a lot of money buying accounts on Apex and when I was close to get my first payout, they changed the rules and then they changed it again and again until I left them but in options funding, I see honesty. Of course some haters are going to come and say they are scammers but this comes from either competitors or people who never used it seriously and lost.
You need to know how to trade options, otherwise I don't recommend it. I've been trading options since 2022 and this is where I am comfortable to trade the most these days.
Study and do your own research of course, but in my opinion, and I am with them since July, it's by far the best in the market.

Where to even start, I wish I could upload pictures of the messages from their AI and emails back.

So, some of us who have been trading for a long time understand statistical arbitrage trading. We are able to do this on index options. Many paid for the ability to trade index options and sell them.

Well, these guys decide to just change the rules you can no longer do that; they tell you to do it on SPY... Any premium seller knows that spy is less effective which gives them an advantage.

Many of us brought folks in that we trade with from discords. You have influencers pushing this place hard.
Stay away from it.
I am already filing complaints, hopefully this will be another place that gets closed down from predatory behaviors.

So I was skeptical about options prop firms. I have been trading options for 6 months now within my discord community. Nobody in my community really knows a whole lot about prop firms so I decided to try Options Funding out. I passed my eval carefully in 7 trading days on the 50k growth account on the 1st attempt. I was able to meet the requirements to get my 1st payout with 8 profitable days! One thing that bugged me was how long it took to get that payout. The website promoted getting your payout in as little as 12 hours but once you get to that point OF wants more from you to reduce the payout time from 5 days to 12 hours in 2 phases. The 1st phase in post your payout certificate in a public forum to reduce payout time from 5 days to 2 days. Ok no big deal. To go from 2 days to 12 hours you need to submit a video interview answering questions. That is a bit much in my opinion but I understand they want more traders on their platform. From a customer service standpoint they are very good! Also if you sign up make sure you get in their Discord community! I am still in funded status so I can't speak to the live experience but so far I am very satisfied with them and hope to keep making money and now blowing any accounts. I only have 1. Good luck to everyone else!

The worst scam company ever! I bought an account and traded the account for a week. Just when I reached a point where I was profitable and ready to report a withdrawal, the dashboard was removed without warning and without updates. I did not know what would happen to my paid account. For months the dashboard went down. They say they are switching from Forex to futures; I waited to see what happened and what they said about my account being ready for a withdrawal. They could not provide any specific information, just generic answers that are meaningless. This is the worst experience I have had with a scam company; thanks to KayBrin llc's strict management and professionalism, the issue was fully resolved and a full refund was issued. I will never buy another account from these clowns who have no idea how to run a business! It is strongly advised not to trade with this company. Be careful!

Warning: Major scam!

You cannot trade SPX or XSP during the evaluation phase and the funded account. SPX trading is only allowed once you have a live account. I feel completely ripped off.

I strongly advise against this firm. On top of that, orders are not executed at the mid-price, only at the bid or ask.

An absolute disaster. Stay away!

Platform doesn't always give correct fills on closing a position. I've opened several trades with lets say 10 contracts for $1.00 each ($1000 position). Close out the first 9 and lock in profit. Let's say my balance is 50,900 after closing those trades. I have one contract left and it goes 100% and is now worth $2 ($200). I now close the position. My balance should be 51,100, but instead it's 50,650. Yes, they essentially closed my contract for less than $0. Happened on 3-4 trades in about a month. Also, not seeing any larger payouts. Seems folks are getting bumped to live no later than their 2nd payout and sometimes sooner. They might have a nice platform, but this is shady business. You've been warned.

I traded with Options Funding from July to October. After numerous attempts, I completed every requirement, passed my evaluations, and was paid my 1st payout cycle. On Oct 7 I requested my 2nd cycle payouts on 3 accounts, $7,200 total. One was even approved. Before any were paid, I received a Live Program Notice, which holds every pending payout.

I was moved toward Live before I was ever profitable with them. After everything I had paid in fees, both options leave me in a deficit:
- Accept Live: the pending $7,200 is cancelled and nothing is paid
- Decline: paid at most $3,000 total, and permanently barred

So my 2nd cycle will never be paid in full, and no choice gets me back to breakeven. Support also confirmed that a notice can be sent at any time, including before your first payout, and that selection isn't based on profit or number of payouts.

Why this matters if you run multiple accounts: the $3,000 cap is per person, not per account. You pay fees on every account, but if a notice arrives while payouts are pending, all of them combined pay out no more than $3,000. With several accounts copy trading, you can end up paying more in fees than you could ever be paid. More accounts means more risk, not more payouts.

Accepting Live also means waiting for a brokerage account to be set up with no accounts to trade in the meantime, and no timeline was given to me. In my opinion, the way the notice is timed and structured benefits the firm far more than the trader.

Before buying, read Section 4.10 of the Terms and the Live Program Rules. The payout table on their site only applies if they let you get that far.

I had a two account the first was an account that I passed and got funded and paid out twice, then I stopped receiving sign in links to their trading platform Rix Trade. I tried to contact supports for months and would never get a response or anything changed. And when I tried to open a support ticket on discord I was kicked out once they heard my problem. It is very suspicious to say the least and you are better off going with another firm like imperial trader funding.
