I had a two account the first was an account that I passed and got funded and paid out twice, then I stopped receiving sign in links to their trading platform Rix Trade. I tried to contact supports for months and would never get a response or anything changed. And when I tried to open a support ticket on discord I was kicked out once they heard my problem. It is very suspicious to say the least and you are better off going with another firm like imperial trader funding.

Risk management software needs adjustments. Multi leg options will breach your account with predatory quotes and fills. The site has potential once they fix these issues I'll be back as I like the layout and information, passing evaluations has simple and easy rules to follow, no surprises. This was my 2nd favorite site before I was treated poorly.

I'm going to give this a 3 star for now. Here's where they earned it:

1. Rixtrade platform is superb. Better than DxFeed and ETNA for usability. I really appreciate the simplicity of it.

2. Mobile application is flawless. It's fast, and reflects the desktop positions seamlessly.

3. Support has been top notch- although I don't really like the AI agent they have at support desk. Once you get through to a real human, I can say they do indeed help you quickly.

This is where things get dicey in my opinion and my experience thus far reflects this.

They force you to forfeit any simulated profits when being pushed to live. That's understandable to protect the firm, but the promise of a payout for your efforts is very quickly diminished purely from the fact that they can (and will) push you to live on your first payout milestone. That means no pay from evaluation -> sim funded -> payout milestone. You start again from $0 with a tighter drawdown for their live experience.

The worst, worst, worst part is that the payout certificates that are shown on social media DO NOT REFLECT actual payouts received. You are asked to post it in the payouts tab, and then your payout is supposedly sped up. Those certificates don't prove anything as again, there is a high possibility of being pushed to live even before a payout hits your bank. All it tells you is the milestone, but to the eyes of prospective customers, they are led to believe users have been paid.

They also have partners that post wild profit certificates from their trading groups and it turns their Discord group into a place where people are siphoned off into paid groups. There's no actual value in their server for traders at any level. I understand it's to push affiliate codes so they get paid, but it's not a very good experience.

It's definitely grey, and it makes some of us think liquidity issues, but we're hopeful that isn't the case. It's speculation for now, but these are my experiences.

Dont use this bro its straight bs. They will scam the shit out of you. You lose even if the trade moves in your direction if there is a wide spread. Had sold a put for $.42, and market open it was .04-.75, and it breached the account. 2 minutes later the spread is .10-.30. Do not use this they stack everything possible against you to make it impossible. Do not use I made a trust pilot account just to warn people about this firm.

The payouts are real but slightly delayed. The rules are clear and laid out to ensure consistent small wins.
The 8 winning days before payout plus the delay means a payout is available every 2 and a half weeks which is on the slower end. I wish they lowered it to 4 days instead of 8.

Decent enough, not a scam and seems to be a legit but new platform. Rule changes are the reason it doesn’t have a higher rating, as they can sneak them up on you without a proper update. There has been at least 3 so far that’s made me change up strategy. Support is good once you get through to the team, they were very patient and helped me find a resolution.

I canceled the monthly subscriptions, but my card still kept getting charged every month. The support bot is a joke, we need real human to resolve the issues. Stay away from this company, their subscription rules were designed to rip you off whether you pass the evals or not.

Great firm! A+ customer service! Fair rules!

Clear guidelines, knocked out 3 evaluations in 3 days, they automatically move you to funded. Easy to use platform, very intuitive, just make sure to hit Clear before placing a trade order to ensure you don't have something in there from before. Great experience so far.

So far so good seems like a top choice for options trading. No complaints will return with an update in a month or so.
