Worst experience ever on fashion supply platform. If you ever buy from this website forget to ask for any kind of support, costumer service will never reply, not even once, to any kinds of your email. They sent the purchase to a wrong address and never took care of fixing that problem. One month lost on writing and waiting to get, in the end, only a refund and the product no more available. So bad.

Absolutely the worst experience Iâve ever had.
Iâm beyond disappointed. My item took over two weeks to arrive, with zero communication or updates throughout. I sent multiple emails to customer service, and not one was answeredâno explanation, no apology, nothing. The level of disregard is shocking. On top of that, they failed to mention any custom charges in advance, which I was unexpectedly hit with upon delivery.
Itâs incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor customer care. Iâve never encountered a company so unresponsive and careless. I would strongly advise others to think twice before orderingâthis has been a stressful, drawn-out experience that I wouldnât wish on anyone.
Support does not reply and in time returns are not accepted
The packaging arrived completely damaged. The support does not reply. The return (sent as registered parcel with reply advice) was simply ignored (even though I added the return label as described on the package outside, inside and inside the shoe box as well) therefore the time of being able to return an order exceeded. Returns do not work and are extremely complicated. This place is a scam.

Customer support is nonexistent. Itâs been 3 months and they still owe my friend â¬210. Weâve tried contacting them through every channel â email, Instagram, and Facebook â but got no response, no help, just complete silence.
If this is how they treat their users, then stay far away. Itâs not just about the money, itâs about broken trust.

Ik heb de verkeerde maat schoenen ontvangen in de juiste doos. Ik heb meer dan een week geleden per mail contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, om de juiste maat te ontvangen. Tot op heden nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen op mijn mail. Na telefonisch contact met de winkel, heb ik een retour label ontvangen en heb ik de schoenen terug kunnen sturen. Klantenservice is echt bagger!

After a few minutes I kindly ask to cancel the order because it was a mistake. No response for two days, I send another email and still no response for another two days, I contact them on Instagram (no response).
ORDER SHIPPED ON 02/25/2025
After numerous requests to cancel the order, they do not cancel, do not respond and do not let me know anything, they ship the item purchased by mistake.
I try to refuse the delivery, but the courier insists that it cannot be refused. Therefore I accept the item and ask to return it (only option available).
I continue to contact them to return it but I receive no response, so I decide to open a dispute through my bank who sends me a temporary refund while waiting for the situation to be resolved between me and the seller.
The seller OQUIM, after numerous reminders and the bank's complaint, responds to my message and apologizes by offering me the shipping label to return the product. So, after a few days, I send the item to get the return!

Once the package arrived at their office, they confirmed that the return had been accepted, but they never told me when I would receive the refund!
My bank, after a month from the complaint, decided to take back the money from the complaint because the situation seemed complicated, since the return arrived and the warehouse communicated that everything is correct, only the refund from OQUIM is missing.
Stay away from this company, terrible experience. I have been asking for months if there is anything new and it is a waste of time, the consultant on their Instagram page continues to respond saying that his manager should take care of it.
It's been 3 months and I still haven't received the refund, I have wasted time and money. I strongly advise against avoiding this site and reporting it to all relevant authorities.
This is a warning.
I will not lose my money, by hook or by crook, I will do everything I can to get it back. This is just the first step, I hope to hear from you soon!
