Two weeks ago I ordered clothes from Oqium for the very first time. Unfortunately the expected quality of some products did not meet my expectations. When I checked the packaging, there was no return label included. Neither was there any chance to request a return label on their website. For over a week now I have been trying to reach customer care, in order to clarify the returning of products and refund. So far I have not received any feedback, nor any support at all. It's just hilarious how little Oqium cares about their customers and does not comply to their return policy stated on their website at all. It just feels like being scammed, literally...

Missing item on my order and didnât respond to my emails to investigate or send the item. Had to contact the credit card company to get the money back. Poor customer service.

I placed an order worth £170 to the UK. Two days later, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. Poor inventory management â though it can happen elsewhere too. At that point, I emailed them saying I would prefer to cancel the entire order, and my parcel price had already been reduced to £127. Unsurprisingly, that message (and every one I sent after that) was completely ignored.
The seller also didnât bother to rebook the shipment for the reduced order value. As a result, my parcel was held at customs, and I was told I needed to pay £74 in import charges. Of course, a £127 order shouldn't be subject to customs duties â but the seller declared the full original amount of £170, which pushed it over the threshold.
This company is extremely amateur. If you're ordering from outside the Netherlands, be prepared that if anything goes wrong, you wonât get any support. Their communication is absolutely nonexistent.
