Delivery to Italy within 3 days

April 2022 I bought 2 boxes of Ronnenfelt Rooibos tea from Orfeoshop company. Package to be delivered to DHL pickup point in my city (Netherlands).
DHL announced that the shipment arrived for pickup, but in fact the shipment did NOT arrive.

It is the responsibility of the SHIPPER (Orfeoshop) to ensure good delivery, (DHL only gives support to the sender of the package).
However when I emailed Orfeoshop to follow-up on my package [to make sure it did not get returned to sender];
I got the message back that I must first give the Order Number, because according to "GPDR Act" (privacy) they do not provide any information to me as a Third Party.

I had not received any Order information/confirmation from Orfeoshop. Reason: I did not create an account with Orfeoshop simply because their website allows purchase with no creation of an Account and my order was just for 2 boxes of Tea.
Thus I did not get any Order Confirmation from them, and thus I could not give them Order Number.

Their refusal to personally help in any way is very bad, and therefore I warn others to be careful in dealing with this company.

Habe Ware Bestellt die nach Versand.ca 2 Tage später als Beschädigt deklariert wurde,keine erwähnung zu neuem Ersatz, es wurde dafür gleich Storniert,im Laden gibt's die Marken nicht mehr.

Habe mehrere Kaffee Tassen mit Logo bestellt.
Eine war defekt. (Lucaffé Der Pate braune Porzellan Tasse und Untertasse 180 ml) Nach dem ich die Bilder der Verpackung und der Scherben der Tasse geschickt hatte wurde mir eine Espresso Tasse als Ersatz geschickt. Auf meine 3 wöchentlichen Anfragen auf Ersatz der richtigen Tasse wurde nicht geantwortet. Tel. ist der Shop nicht erreichbar. (immer Besetzt)

6 flessen monin cloudy lemonade besteld. Op tijd geleverd. Maar slechts 2 weken houdbaar. Dit hadden ze niet mogen verkopen. Bericht gestuurd maar hoor verder niets. Bestel hier niet. Grote kans dat je iets krijgt dat over de datum is of bijna over de datum. Mijn review wordt aangepast als het probleem opgelost is.

3de keer dat ik Eilles Diamond HB Peppermint thee bij hen bestel. Ik heb betaald voor 50 theezakjes maar slechts 38 stuks ontvangen! Wat 33 € + verzendkosten een pittige prijs maakt. Nergens vind je een mailadres om je klacht te formuleren. Indien jullie deze comment lezen, het betreft bestelling 84220076 - factuur 102207375. Verzending is wel altijd snel.

One package of coffee I received had already passed the best-before date by almost a year. There was no mention of this when I placed my order. Unfortunately, the shop reacted with tricks and was not accommodating. The rest was fine.

To confirm:
When I ordered, there was no notice on the page, and the price wasn't particularly cheap either.
I am deeply disappointed that the shop does not admit its mistake.

So. As promised my follow up rating. I got my Coffee today. A delivery time of 9 days from the Czech Republik to Ireland is a good time frame. I am so happy with this shop. I will order again 👍👍 Thank you!!!

I ordered a product and paid for it. But I never received my order. You never answered all my questions. I am very disappointed with your attitude towards the buyer. This is the first time I've met such a bad attitude towards your customer.
