For the second time I ordered a beautiful signed print. But this time a had a bad experience with UPS. They send my print back with the reason: “refused, not ordered”, even though they never offered my package. The Memorablia company resolved this correctly and reshipped it, this time successfully.

High quality acid free paper, the image was fantastic and the hand signing video of Alice Cooper made this piece a great purchase! It's at my framer now. Can't wait to get this on my wall!

Ordering something online is always a bit of a leap of faith, and thankfully my experience with Original Memorabilia proved to be a great one. I ordered an autographed Debbie Harry print, and due to a Royal Mail delivery issue, it arrived slightly water damaged. What really impressed me was how the company handled my problem — their customer service was outstanding. They quickly arranged a replacement, and I returned the damaged print without any hassle.

Great service, quality product. In recent years I have bought a john Lydon sighned print, and more recently a print sighned by Debbie Harry and Chris Stien. Both arrived perfectly packaged, I couldn't be happier.

I now have 8 items from The Original Memorabilia Company. 4 Candles, Don't tell them Pike, 3 John Cleese, Barbara Windsor, Boy George and Debbie Harry. I am delighted with the quality of all of them and will continue to follow them to see what is available in the future. Highly recommended.

The product, a signed limited edition print, was beautiful and of the highest quality. Packaging for shipping was great and following a shipping "hiccup" with UPS to Canada (not OMCs fault), the communication to the company was quick and responsive and resolved the issue immediately. I am so happy with my print (Debbie Harry) and had a perfect experience with this company.

I bought the John Cleese Don't mention the war. It arrived promptly and well packaged. No problem recommending .

The whole process after ordering was fast and precise.

I ordered this item (from the US) on Tuesday, and it arrived from England on Friday.
I cannot wait to have this masterpiece framed!

A really good experience, very easy site to navigate and very quick delivery,high praise indeed. My only nark is where the paper was handled. Two prominent kinks in the bottom of the poster which stand out quite significantly when the piece is illuminated. Shame

Happy with my Fawlty Towers picture, signed John Cleese. The negative part comes from a) some 50 EUR additional customs cost for shipping to Europe plus VAT and b) the UK VAT was not deducted from the price, which is a very dodgy thing to do for non-UK clients.
