Y'all replaced my oder quickly when I didn't get it the 1st time.

Recently I received my Mullein drops from origindrops I found them online and after researching a different products I decided to try the Mullein drops i have heard from others talking about this detox product and so i ordered.i was a smoker 30 years and for me is pretty much a life saver as I quit smoking three months ago and this time for good!!
After opening my first bottle ready to try I noticed that the colour is light green and to be honest I was confused,thought is not right .!so I contacted the company and the customer support kindly explain to not worry and this is original colour and they are not adding fillers or chlorophyll!! I Believe that I will have a positive outcome because I already feel something is happening on my chest

Awesomeness customer experience! Unfortunately it got delivered to a house a couple of houses down (my neighbor brought it to me) however.....customer service was prompt and helpful !

Delivery waiting month. How can 1 review be greatest and next worst? Wish I read reviews before ordering.
UPDATE after review customer service contacted me and Delivery was made A DAY Later. Finally get to try product.

This review is regarding the customer service department. I was getting impatient waiting for my drops to arrive and sent an email to clarify the expected delivery date. I had an immediate reply from Anne who was a real pleasure to deal with. She was so helpful and charming. From that perspective I was more than happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending them. I intend to leave a further review after I’ve been using the drops for a couple of months or more.

Great product starts working in 3 days will definitely be ordering some more

UPDATE: Their customer service responded promptly and is investigating the shipping issue. They've also said they've refunded my order, which hasn't shown up yet on my card (it takes a few days.) When the refund comes through I will update. I was pleased with the response of the customer service so have amended the stars to 3/5.

I ordered on July 17th and received my package of four bottle of the Mullein drops on July 27th. The tracking said it had to clear customs and when it arrived it wasn't sent from Origin Drops, it was sent from a Mike Wang at 414 W Florence. Better Business Bureau has MULTIPLE complaints from this name and address sending scam products. My drops are also a bright medium green and that's not the color they should be. I think I was sent a fake product from China and I wish I could have a refund. Also, the Mike Wang complaints state that people were charged for subscriptions they didn't have or had cancelled prior to the successive shipments.

I have been buying the mullein drops for a while now but they were bought from Amazon and didn't seem to make any difference at all, but now I have found these origindrops my breathing started to get better. I have only just bought it a few days ago and I can definitely feel the difference, I can climb stairs easier and get about better. I suffer from COPD so I will never be able to walk fast or run so I just have to take it easy, if you are in my position then you should check out this superconcentrated mullein drops, good luck to you all.

I noticed I was wheezing & at times experienced shortness of breath. I started using Mullein Leaf Extract to cleanse my lungs a little over a week ago. Apply 1 dropperful under the tongue for 30 seconds. The liquid has a pleasant taste. It is AMAZING! It truly is productive to help bring the phlegm up out of your lungs! I have to admit, my sides ached for a day or two from all the heavy coughing, but well worth the results I was seeing.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I never had any lung problems until after "the jab" (I was forced to take two by my employer, then retired before a third). I was diagnosed with asthma, tried a few inhalers without much relief. Couldn't take a 2 mile walk without having to stop and catch my breath. I was a die-hard stepper for 30 years. This is the only thing that set me right. Back to walkIng, stepping and no inhaler. Oh, and I'm 70 😀

Purchased four bottles of this product was not sure if it would work. I’m on my second bottle and I think it does work. I can breathe easier. I have much deeper breaths and I’m not out of breath as much as I was . I take Breztri for breathing I have COPD and this once a day and I think it makes a difference. At least it does for me ,give it a whirl. What do you have to lose very happy this products is out there thank you very much Origin drops.

Ok I ordered this product then realized not really for me!i requested a cancellation and a refund…it took a bit of back and forth but customer service was excellent and my refund was complete…..I might order for a friend in the future …very satisfied😊😊

I’m really shocked to see the low ratings on this product. My experience is the polar opposite. I have been very, very sick for six weeks. I’m an asthmatic, and I’ve had an extremely bad respiratory infection. I have gone through two courses of antibiotics, Prednisone, three different inhalers, a nebulizer, and canned sports oxygen, and still was not improving. I felt desperate. I ordered these drops. It took two weeks for me to receive them, which was frustrating, as I NEEDED to feel better. They arrived, and I noticed a difference after my very first dose. Everything is finally breaking up, I can take a deep breath, and I slept through the night for the first time in six weeks. I could not recommend this product more strongly and confidently. I am truly grateful.

I purchased 2 bottles of Super Concentrated Mullein 420,000 MG Mullein Leaf Extract. Having taken the prescribed dose daily I have coughed up none of the dark buildup of mucus that they claimex would clear my lungs. Total waste of money and it doesn't work!!!!!

After reading reviews I won't be ordering. As a matter of fact, went to my local grocery store pharmacy and astaxanthin is available OTC for $6.88 a bottle.
No subscription...no lousy customer service.
Just walk in, grab a bottle, pay for it and go home.

I just finally got my mullein I am so disappointed. On the ad is says it is organic it is not the green stuff. On the ad it shows the liquid is brown and when opened the bottle, guess what? It is green, sweet syrupy type junk.
I am going to have this tested to see if it infact contains what is advertised. If it is not the case I promise I am going after each penny

Garbage ... Claims to be in Minnesota, but the product takes weeks, and comes from China. This is NOT mullein, it is some sweet blend of nothingness.
VERY DISAPPOINTED as I would NEVER order any supplement from China, but I think they know this, hence the veiled origin and delivery time
