It took many weeks for 3 vapes to be delivered. The were well packaged and each worked well for 1 day of moderate use, despite the advertisement that each unit contains 900 puffs. It is no where near that. It has well under 100 puffs per unit. The flavor was minty and satisfying. But it costs too much for the limited puffs.

I ordered June 14. My story is the same as the rest of these - my inquiries about shipping and tracking numbers are all the same - processing due to high demand, offered me a discount on my second order though. What a joke. This really sounded like a good product and I was looking forward to it. Now, a month after ordering and numerous emails from AI Rachel, asking me to be patient, I realize it is a scam. I don't usually order from unknown FB ads but this one sounded like something that would work for me. I askfr for a refund and was told I was beyond the "12 hour window," but I would get a coupon for a discount on future orders. I consider the money spent a lesson learned.

WTF??? Why can’t 1 company just do the right thing?! I have a FB business page, and I will definitely be letting everyone know, Do Not Trust this so called company! After I stop payment to my back. YouTube will also know about them and the “take your money when you order, but won’t ship” policy

This company offers products to help people quit smoking / vaping. Placed order and paid $72.00 almost a month ago. Poor shipping updates & tracking info. Still have not received this product . Very disappointing. Feels like a scam. Requesting refund.

Have been waiting weeks. Asked for a refund, Rachel told me it's "processing" and I cannot get a refund because it's past their 12 hour refund policy. Same automated emails over and over again. Was told this was made in the USA. The company is a scam and it's not in the USA. No refund, no product. Wish I read up more before wasting $$. I have reported them to the better business bureau and my bank.

I've tried to quit smoking many times over 5 decades. This is the first time I had the tool I needed to satisfy the "ritual" part of my addiction, and the fact that it is created with beneficial herbs is the icing on the cake. I just reordered, as I'm still in the process of quitting. My pulmonologist was amazed at my progress.

They send automated email when contacted about issues. The same email several times. Did not address issues. Only to say we are prepared your order carefully to ensure no damage to product. Iv waited 2 weeks for a tracking number. No conformation on my order or where it is. It’s a scam. No one should trust this product or its service.

Ordered product as a one-time purchase. Was set up in their system as a recurring payment. Never received anything. Total scam.

I ordered 2 separate diffusers and apparently one was "out of stock" so they swapped it "at no extra charge" and offered a coupon to buy the one I already paid for. Now I have 2 of the same diffusers... Now to be certain I didn't get a subscription. I know better than to order of Facebook! Ugh

Update on my review. After commenting on every advertisement I saw and reviewing here twice. I received a refund and an e.mail asking me to take down my reviews. I didn't answer. No longer see their adverts. Hope people see these as I see people are still getting caught out.

almost burns your throat and does not work

Quit Ritual apparently is a scam. Ordered early Oct. Nothing. All emails and website not working. Who to report this to?

Never received my order after 6 weeks. They sent an email only a few days after I ordered saying they were backed up in US customs and said they would give me an extra diffuser for my patience. Well here it is almost 6 weeks and now they won’t answer my emails or honor my refund request. I will gladly update this review if they do the right thing but buyer beware, I’m pretty sure I got scammed

After last review they promised to "resend" Still no sign of it.
