The first Chromebook arrived badly damaged. No quibbles at all. Orion sent a postal label and I dropped it at the post office. Once they received it, they sent out a new Chromebook which is perfect.

If I could give no stars I would, I purchased refurbished Chromebooks as Christmas presents using Wowcher.
On Christmas Day the Chrimebooks were opened by my children to find them badly damaged and the software not useable. I emailed on the evening of Christmas Day obviously not expecting a response right away as it was Christmas, however, it is now the 5th of January and still no reply.
I have sent an email yet again today but after reading the reviews on this company here, I’m not going to get one.
I will be taking the matter further as these ‘products’ are not fit for purpose.

Avoid this company at all costs!!

Ordered a refurbished Acer chromebook and it was great for £65 packaged well and wouldn’t know it was refurbished. Had previously ordered a chromebook through Wowcher and it was never delivered , ( was not Orion). Would recommend.

Very pleased would buy from again.

Great company to deal with got a refurbished laptop and it is so great to work on. But only one fault the American keyboard. But soon latched on. Well done for the service as yes got from wowcher. And speedy delivery.Today 12th/12dec.just noticed a little fault on the laptop, it was hard to see, but it does not affect the laptop, it is the charging port on one side, it is slightly cracked. Anyway it was a reconditioned laptop. If I wanted perfect then I would have got a new one.

Purchased via Wowcher and the Chromebook arrived faulty (a number of keys not working). Since then the customer service has been absolutely woeful. Weeks to respond to an email, then stated I needed to pay £22 to get an exchange (not true as item is faulty company should pick up the cost). No further forward. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Purchased a refurbished Chromebook via Wowcher and paid for express delivery. Item was due on Wednesday 28th, I waited in all day but it didn't arrive, no dispatch notification or tracking had been sent. Item arrive on Friday 30th six days after purchase. I contacted Orion regarding the delivery but they failed to respond!
I was astounded when I opened the package to find substantial damage to screen. The screen looked like it had sustained serious water damage. The hinge attaching the screen to the keyboard is damaged, so the screen will not flip. The touch screen function does not work well, only certain areas of the screen are responsive. The track pad is slow and the laptop randomly switches off mid use! Apart from the obvious damage, the laptop was absolutely filthy when it arrived!
I have now contacted Orion by email four times but they are refusing to engage with me. I have reported this to Wowcher and have opened a case with them. Avoid this company

The service was really fast. Chromebook very well packed and containing all additions as advertised.
Looks and works as if it was new and not refurbished.

Laptop ordered through eBay, very pleased. Delivery was very quick, laptop easy to set up and use. Orion Computers helpful when contacted.

Excellent price, size weight and condition.

Bought a 'brand new' macbook air 2017 from these guys on BackMarket. Super quick shipping, however was actually a scratched up and dirty macbook with shiny silver stickers plastered on its outside to make it appear 'new'. The stickers were not even LINED UP properly. TERRIBLE shop.
