Swift delivery, looks in excellent condition just charging it up to test it out. Happy so far.

The computer's functionality is splendid, very happy with it, however it arrived substantially dirty even with a condition rating of 'excelent', which was disappointing. Customer service offered a partial refund for the trouble, which was very kind however! Great customer service and good prices.

Avoid this company like the plague. Bought a laptop from them . Which was faulty . I return the laptop for a replacement which also turn up faulty . They refused to refund me and I now have to take them to court as they do not understand consumer rights .

I recently received my Asus Chrombook. Delivery was very fast, which I really appreciated. The laptop's performance is excellent and work smoothly. However, I was a bit disappointed to find some scratches on the corners, especially since it was advertised as being in excellent condition. In addition, the battery life does not last as long as described. I'll be contacting the company to see if this can be resolved.

Purchased Acer Chromebook Spin for my daughter to do her GCSE’s and so far so good. The touch screen gives an extra dynamic. The only upgrade that would be useful would be to have a back lit keyboard for when she is working in the evening.
