This review is complete fabrication.

We don't usually share conversations between Orranje and customers, but due to the defamatory comments that Craig has made, we want to clear things up, and show how we offered to help and how quickly we did this:

13 April 17 08:48 - Craig: Purchased R53 Silver Project top mounts
29 May 17 12:12 - Craig: Emailed "I have been happy with them. I need some advice.". Advises that there is a knocking sound from the drivers side, and that the camber adjustment on the drivers side has moved since fitting straight out of the box, and a photo was attached. "has the drivers side moved in your opinion? I'm sure they were even when delivered and fitted."
29 May 2017 12:15 - Orranje: Emailed to advise no photo was attached.
29 May 2017 12:16 - Craig: Sends photo.
29 May 2017 12:26 - Orranje: We ask if a full alignment was done, as we note on the site that the top mounts "are not pre-set to a certain degree" and that "we also recommend greasing the bearing".
29 May 2017 12:29 - Craig: States that a full alignment was done, and the knocking has only happened since it had been for an MOT, and he will have an alignment done again.
29 May 2017 12:36 - Orranje: We advise that a small amount of Loctite on the camber bolts should ensure they don't move, and to mark where the bolts are so any movement is visible.
29 May 2017 12:41 - Craig: Says the drivers side tie rod was replaced at MOT, and there was no knocking before this. Thanks Orranje for the help.
29 May 2017 15:44 - Craig: Asks where the bearing needs greasing, as he can't see or feel that they have been greased.
29 May 2017 15:53 - Orranje: "We recommend greasing the bottom and top of the bearing - ie under the top nut, and above the bottom washer."
29 May 2017 15:54 - Craig: Thanks us.
28 June 2017 13:50 - Craig: Asks "Is there any way to have them returned to the manufacturer to be checked".
3 Jul 2017 11:00 - Orranje: We apologise for the delay in replying, and ask if the issue is the camber movement or the knocking. We advise that a small amount of noise is normal, as quoted on the site, but we would be happy to receive them back to check them, and to replace the bushes.

The emails show that Orranje responded within minutes, and offered to check the items as requested by Craig. Since 3rd July 2017 when we advised that we would be happy to receive them back to check them over and to replace the bushes, we haven't heard from Craig. That was until January 2018, when Craig posted defamatory comments on Facebook towards Orranje, along with his negative review.

Following on from his Facebook post, we have assisted outside of office hours, and again offered to receive the products back to be checked over, or for a full refund. We have not heard from Craig, or received the products back.

It is clear that Orranje is doing everything we can to assist and to replace / refund the order, even when products have been installed incorrectly by ignoring installation instructions.
