I never received the item I ordered, and when I contacted the service email, I found this company to be very unhelpful with resolving the issue. The only reason I haven't marked as one star is because I do believe there was a Royal Mail error and they eventually raised a ticket with them after I asked 3 (!!) separate times, but ultimately it's the seller's responsibility to ensure the item is received by the buyer and I found them to be extremely uncommunicative and reluctant to help with this when I was initially trying to work with them to find the parcel rather than asking for a refund/replacement (Royal Mail does not allow the buyer to contact them, only the seller). It's a disappointing experience after seeing the other good reviews, I'm just glad the item I ordered wasn't too expensive...

Great! Got the items and not damaged! Took a bit long but that’s fine it was about 3-4 weeks. I live in the Netherlands.

I ordered 3 times from the site, from France. I find the prices very fair and the delivery time is always on time. The merchandise that the site offer is very unique. Sometimes there's very tiny bump areas on the music scores that I've ordered, but that is just a deliverer's issue.

Found this hidden gem of a company by chance when looking for obscure CDs. I was extremely impressed by their library of imported goods, swift postage and delivery. Overall I highly recommend, I will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

I've ordered from this seller a couple of times as they were the best priced retailer for a couple of imported CDs I wanted, and I have to say they are fantastic!

All of the products I've ordered have had a longer delivery time than average, however this was very clearly noted on the product page so my expectations were very well managed, and when the product was dispatched I received a notification to let me know. They also arrived in excellent condition.

All of the above have led me to returning to their site for my CD needs, and I would happily recommend them!

A really easy shopping experience - it's really clear on the website what is and is not in stock, and the items i selected were delievered very quickly. had never used Otaku before but would recommend.

I ordered two books and one of them was 'Available to order', so I knew I would have to wait longer for them to process and arrive. Didn't have to wait that long at all! Only took nine days from ordering to my books being delivered.

Definitely recommend as their prices are decent and shipping is free (if in the UK).

Ordered a copy of the Sonic X Japanese subbed Blu-Ray from this website. It was meant to be released on the 25th, but got it the weekend prior instead! Great service

Took money out worth 100 pounds of money without me clicking the pay now button, I never seen such a thing. I now have to wait 10 working days, I had someone to pay and now I have to wait.

My bank and otaku are both saying the same thing, contact the other there is nothing they can do.

So impressed! I ordered the JoJo magazine winter 2022 and it arrived really fast despite saying it could take up to 6 weeks. I'm very happy and will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, stuff always arrives quickly and well packaged, one exception and I was given a refund with absolutely no hassle (didn't even have to email them as they emailed me !).

Pretty much never beaten on the prices for importing CD's to the UK, I use them everytime for anything I want from abroad.

Crazy how good a service they offer considering they're a smaller retailer, wish larger ones would take some tips from them.

I've been using Otaku.co.uk on and off since the Superplay magazine days.
I honestly think the reliability is unmatched, if something is available to buy it gets to you and thats it no issues, or drama, you just know it's going to drop through your door.
I would use Otaku (co.uk and com) over sites like Play-asia everyday of the week.
