Excellent service
Kept informed
Said 6 week delivery had it quicker
Great price.
Will use again for sure
And highly recommended

Great service: Book arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I was a little unsure because the site has an old-fashioned design and only seems to accept PayPal for payment, but there were no problems and the book arrived the next day. I will happily use again.

Excellent service, I ordered Shaman King blu-ray US import for them with no problems at all. It arrived superfast, even with it needed to be imported from the US. Great service, well-packed, fast shipping. Planning to order more blu-ray and art books soon :)

I have placed multiple orders with this site. All ordered items have arrived in excellent condition. Excellent company definitely my go to site for anime blu rays.

I recently made me first order from this site. My item arrived within a couple of days of ordering and in secure packaging.

I had emailed a couple of queries which were answered on the same day.

So, what I'm trying to say is, they offer an excellent service! Quick dispatch/delivery in secure packaging which keeps your item safe in transit 🙂

I have been taking my time to look through their website, and keep coming across more and more items I'd like to purchase, so it looks like I will become a regular customer.

I myself run a small collectables stall at fairs/conventions and I'm really looking forward to checking these guys out when (hopefully) conventions and the like pick up again next year.

I placed an order for a hard-to-find book, it was delivered really quickly and was well packed. Very good experience for a first order.

Fast shipping, good packaging, reasonable prices, overall great store. Website design is a little retro, but not enough to impact the overall experience.

I am extremely impressed with how quickly the CDs that I ordered were delivered, I was expecting to have to wait for ages but they took less than a week.

I had an email confirming my order, and another to confirm that it had been despatched. The price including delivery was really reasonable, and they arrived in perfect condition.

I will most certainly buy from otaku.co.uk again as they have done such a great job on this occasion. Thanks very much!

I've ordered from this website twice, four items in total. Both times the delivery was prompt, around 3 days, and the items arrived in perfect condition. Would absolutley reccomend, and will definitely be purchasing again.
