Ottena レビュー

My first purchase from Ottena but I’d certainly buy again. Good website, fast and efficient service with good communication. Delighted with product too.

Arrived promptly. Items as ordered and look great. Well packed. Very efficient.

Delivery was very quick with fedex. The build quality is fantastic. Really well made furniture and very easy to put together.

Very quick delivery of the garden table I ordered.
Received the table on a Friday and started to assemble over the weekend. There were no assembly instructions and I started to use the "chat" facility on the website which didn't work (learned later that it's not "manned" at the weekend). Actually it wasn't a problem as it was quite simple to work out which bits fitted together and in which order. Would recommend the company having received an (email) response from them to my chat that I started.

The whole experience from website to delivery was great, staff also really helpful when I had a question and quick stress free delivery - excellent table and chairs at fair price

The delivery of my table and chairs went wrong. I emailed Ottena Customer Service and they were on it straight away. Should have been delivered on Friday. However, due to FedEx not so good service my table and chairs came on Monday. Aaron from Ottena sorted it all out for us and apologised.

Pleasant service with friendly gentleman. Very good quality and easy to assemble.

Excellent telephone help/ordering service. Incredibly prompt next day delivery. Very good product - excellent value for money.

Table beautiful and solid. Very easy to put together. Service spot on can't believe how quickly we received our table. Very good price. I absolutely love my gorgeous new table, would recommend Ottena to anyone.

Rapid delivery.well wrapped .But no brief instructions. The few labels were helpful. There were plenty of dowels .

Excellent customer service including a bespoke video on how the parasol is deployed by the warehouse staff which was extremely useful as I only have the use of one hand. Dispatch was very quick and the 3 x 2m parasol is fabulous and is very easy to hoist. 5 stars!

Website easy to use. Kept fully updated on the progress of my order and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very pleased.

Goods arrived and had mould on them. I requested they were to be returned, they were eventually collected, many days later then it took some 14 emails to get the refund processed, at 1 point the response I got was “ they were very busy”, this is not really a good enough reason for all of the delays

Good quick service. Someone helpful to talk to when I had a query. My parasol is lovely. Very good looking and sturdy. It's going to be a keeper. Arabella

Beautiful folding table and chairs - love them! Arrived very quickly and ready assembled too - look to be of great quality with a lovely finish. Many thanks!

I got my table/chairs delivered in a timely manner
