Ottena レビュー

Excellent product I would have liked a better instruction paper

Excellent product and service.

This was the first time had used this company. Their range of products is impressive, their website is easy to navigate and they deliver very quickly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Ottena.

One of the chairs arrived damaged, after a quick email and a couple of photos a replacement was delivered within 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with , no fuss, great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again with no hesitation. Love the teak armchairs and table exactly what we wanted. Good quality , can’t ask for more.

Sent very quickly but raining since it arrived so haven’t tried it out!

The service was excellent from on line order to delivery. Always getting updated. The quality of the parasol we bought is excellent.

Excellent quality furniture, easy to assemble and promptly delivered.

Robust and good looking product, swift dispatch and delivery

The worst of worst quality. Seriously just avoid.

The sun lounger is of excellent quality and looks well on the lawn among flowers and grasses. The deliverer was polite and kind, navigating the large pallet to a secure place.
Being elderly, we required our son and his wife to do the construction which they completed easily in half an hour.
Ottena’s idea of donating a tree to offset the purchase is I think, commendable.

Great quality furniture set and reliable speedy delivery. Very happy with the service and the purchase. Will shop again.

Delay in reviewing this item because the footstool was not ready at time of purchase.
The company asked if I wanted to wait until the footstool was available before sending the chair, I opted to receive the chair and wait on the footstool.
The company delivered the chair the next day and footstool arrived some 5 wks later as advised.
Although the delay I would not hesitate to use this company again because the Adirondack chair and footstool is of very good quality and my husband loves it.
They also did not take payment until the whole thing was delivered even though I paid in full upon purchase which again makes them a very trustworthy company.

Looks lovely. Well constructed. The reason for a 4 and not a 5 is because the pole appears to be made of reconstituted wood.

We struggled to get the size right for our garden umbrella and Ottena went over and above to ensure we got the perfect solution. The product itself is very well made and looks great in the garden. Thank you.

There was a problem with the table and some of the chairs. Arron was very helpful in providing advise & arranging some compensation but I still had the fix the problems myself.

all great recommended..top product..and service

Great customer service
Order delivered in time
Very pleased with my garden furniture

Delivery service was disappointing and unhelpful but I have let them know

Excellent website, prompt answer to question, speedy delivery service. Very pleased with product, reasonably priced and top quality.

Super fast delivery however my fault as didn’t realise how tall the parasol is and that it wouldn’t fit into our base as too wide ! However we managed to sand it down to fit in and chopped off about 60 cm ! It’s perfect now
