Ottena レビュー

Excellent company to deal with and product was first class

Very helpful, had an issue but was sorted very promptly.

Great customer service. Prompt delivery and fabulous chairs!

i found great difficulty getting a new parasol as it was bigger than usual
couldn’t get one with a winder
the parasol would be great if we had a summer
i’m finding it difficult to put the bolt in place
but a very good service from the company

Very easy to order, efficient communications and very quick delivery. Excellent service all round.

Great customer service

I have not used Ottena before so I was a little apprehensive. I should not have worried. The delivery was on time, and the garden parasol was exactly as described. I'm very happy with the quality and materials. Very good all round.

Have just received the orders and shame the order was all delivered together as we had to wait for the table and chairs. Besides that the table and chairs are lovely and very sturdy. Looking forward to using the table, chairs and the parasol.

The parasol arrived quickly and was well packaged. I had bought it to replace one that was almost identical but unfortunately the fabric is much thinner. And there is no cleat to hold the rope when the parasol is raised. However it is a much nicer parasol than others in the market.

Good website advertising a very good product. I purchased a wooden parasol which, although we have not used it yet, looks to be well built and fit for purpose. The packaging was excellent, the price competative and it arrived the next day. Good service.

Excellent product. Fedex the courier company were not so good- they missed their delivery day/time even though they knew it was going to be delayed. No fault of Ottana.

i ordered a umbrella base, not for an umbrella but for a bird feeder, and it came within days, extremely well made and with a little ingenuity from a neighbour the bird feeder fits love, i am very pleased with it.

Easy to order really prompt service, delivery on time within the allotted time period. Quality of the umbrella very good.

It came quickly. I was kept informed of delivery progress and product was as good as I had hoped

Ottena made buying a Bench a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. Telephone call answered by a fellow human being! Chat was informative, efficient - and friendly. Choice made, delivery was within days as promised, with a tel/call in advance to confirm date. I am delighted with the high quality of my Bench which is a prominent feature in my garden. Full marks in every respect - well done Ottena. Bill Ritchie

Great quality furniture and looks lovely in garden, very pleased with purchase .As we live Northern Ireland there was a delivery charge which we thought was quite expensive £70, and this is why we sadly feel we cannot give a five star review.

Love my large parasol
Classy wooden frame adds to its appeal.
Friends comment on its looks. 👍

Friendly service from small team in Cornwall . Arrived in 24 hours and fits the price. So we had lunch in this wonderful summer in a rainstorm and after 20 minutes a sort of gentle mist came down through the fabric but not enough to stop us eating as it was warm and so that is an excellent test. As after half an hour the sun arrived and it did its job with the rays.
