Ottoni Fabbrica

We ordered the Alice Satinato because of the plastic-free interior. It is made of solid material and features a beautiful, nostalgic design.

In addition to the fast delivery from Italy to the Netherlands, we have been using the kettle for a few days now and are very satisfied with it.
The price is a bit higher than a standard kettle, but you get a lot in return, especially what we were looking for: the interior is plastic-free and does not release nickel.
The instruction manual explains exactly how to use the device as safely as possible.

In short, highly recommended.

I was very happy with product quality, speed of delivery and customer services. Thanks a lot!

Très satisfaite jolie bouilloire.
Système très simple à l utilisation.
Pratique au quotidien

Alles Top ! Schnelle Lieferung !

Quick international shipping, very clear manual, beautiful product.

Delighted with my new Ottoni kettle. The quality is excellent and the service from Ottoni was top-notch. Great communication throughout and it arrived very quickly. Five stars!

I bought the Alice kettle, enticed by the promise of a plastic-free kettle made "entirely in 18/10 stainless steel." When I opened the package, it turned out that the knob and handle of the kettle are made of plastic. So much for "entirely" steel - talk about misleading product description.

Perhaps most people wouldn't care, but I'm trying to reduce my plastic exposure - specifically to microplastics and the residue of toxic chemicals involved in plastic production, which can be absorbed through skin contact. The fact that in such an expensive kettle, the parts that I would handle every day are made of cheap plastic is so very disappointing. The fact that the company carefully avoided disclosing this fact in the product description on their website is infuriating.

Their customer service was not particularly helpful. They seem to believe that so long as the plastic doesn't come in contact with the water, everything is hunky-dory. They said I can have a refund, if I pay to ship the kettle back to them and pay them 8 euro for "return management" - but only if the "complaint/quality" department then approves the condition of the kettle upon return. Seeing how deceptive they are in their advertising, it's probably not worth it to throw good money after bad and spend additional funds on shipping it back to them.

The service was efficient and delivery was good. Unfortunately, the kettle came with a European plug so unable to use it straight away and will have to sort that out, some way.

Wasser Kochen ohne sinnlosen Schnickschnack

They answer immediately, are very helpful and have sustainable products
