Ottoni Fabbrica レビュー

Would give zero stars if possible, what utterly useless customer service. I emailed asking about UK plugs and when they would be available, took over two weeks to get a response, which sais some UK ones were available (non were, I had gone through every model/style) and that there was no eta on those that said "Coming soon" ( they have said for at least 4 months, which was why I reached out in the first place) I sent multiple follow up emails to be ignored. Doesn't bode well if that's their approach to a customer who wants to spend money. Dread to think what it would be should there be a problem with the product

Bouilloire parfaite, juste très bruyante et pas facile à nettoyer

Great communication, quick delivery and a lovely looking kettle. Just had it for a couple of days so can’t really say much more than the quality of the kettle is very good, it’s not loud, easy to pour and looks great.

An excellent product, very well made, prompt delivery. I'm very pleased.

Nice cattle
The price was good and it was delivered in 3 workdays from Milan to Amsterdam.
I been very happy with this beautiful cattle ALICE SATINATO van Ottoni Fabrica.

Alles super, schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung. Wasserkocher entspricht der Beschreibung und meinen Erwartungen. Sehr schön. Bin zufrieden!

Quick response, up-to-date delivery information, price a bit higher but good quality, nice product, plastic-free. Recommended.

Sehr gut, einfach benutzen,

My last product was used 10year and after broken I Order same product.

I absolutely love these kettles and wouldn't want to ever buy from anyone else. I bought one several years ago and it is still going strong. Now I've bought a spare because they are such high quality and really stylish as well. I will always buy my kettles from this company! Moreover, delivery was super quick to the UK.

Ottoni Fabbrica Alice

Beautiful kettle with a perfect design and excellent quality. The kettle is made almost entirely of stainless steel, apart from the electrical base and the handle. Very fast delivery from Italy and a completely smooth shopping experience.

The kettle I received is exactly as described on the website and exceeded expectations. Arrived on time. It is of exceptionally high quality construction and is a joy to use, particularly in my circumstances, elderly and with arthritic hands. It is simple, elegant, practical as well as beautiful. Please keep making these gorgeous plastic-free kettles!!

Best non plastic electric tea kettle ive bought :)

Einfache Abwicklung. Produkt schnell angekommen. Ware einwandfrei.

Expensive Alice Primavera Electric Kettle was a lot more than we usually pay for a kettle but we wanted to go plastic-free. At over £100 (including shipping) we wrongly imagined it would be very long lasting. Admittedly, the warranty was only 2 years but we had high expectations based on the website and reviews. Four and a half years later the heating element failed. The company say they are not repairable. Got the old plastic kettle out which worked for over a decade before we stored it and got the Ottoni. It seems plastic-free is only for those who can pay £20+ a year for their kettle. Very disappointing.

Die Bestellung war problemlos und die Lieferung kam schnell. Ich habe schon so einen Wasserkocher und hatte vor einiger Zeit ein Problem mit dem Deckel, der Kundenservice war super und hat mir schnell geholfen.

Quality product. Made in EU. Matters much to me! Even the possibility to replace parts if need be. Fast shipping and delivery. Couldnt be more happy 👌🏻

I have not received the package
