Ottoni Fabbrica レビュー

This is my second Alice kettle (my first lasted 9 years). Delivery was very fast (I'm in the UK), and I really appreciate the sales department helping me to get a replacement as soon as possible, despite there being a supply issue.

Nice design, everything is as we were looking for.
I recommend this.

We were looking for a plastic free kettle and this seemed like a great option as nice design etc..
The kettle worked fine for almost 2 years and then we started having problems with it coming to the boil, it would start and stop heating the water multiple times before eventually coming to the boil. Sometimes it would just keep going until we had to turn it off.
I contacted their customer service 14 days after the 2 year guarantee had run out and was told by the customer service that they would not replace it. The options I was given was a discount on a new purchase or I could return it for a repair at my own expense.
Neither of these options sounded appealing, so I’m cutting my losses.
Very disappointed, a kettle of this price should last longer much longer than this so I would not recommend.

Toller Wasserkocher. Ist komplett Kunststofffrei und komplett aus Edelstahl. Genau das was ich gesucht habe.

Ho chiesto delle informazioni al vostro servizio clienti e mi avete risposto molto in fretta.
Uno dei pochi bollitori presenti in commercio che non abbiano plastica a contatto con l'acqua. Qualità e eleganza ottime.

Thank you for your great service, excellent communication and for my beautiful Primavera (green) kettle! The nostalgic design fits beautifully on my counter. The product is of very high quality and it was made with the type of detail and care we'd seen decades ago when quality mattered. It has beautiful, shiny chrome interior, ZERO plastic on the inside, including the lid! For us it is the most perfect choice and we feel relieved that we need not worry about the sinister microplastic entering our bodies. Once again, thank you for this beautiful product!

Very good quality, quick delivery

Ich habe im Online-Shop genau was ich suchte. Die Bestellung war sehr einfach und die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell.

Ottoni Fabbrica communicated excellently throughout the entire process. First of all, they let me know when the product in question was back in stock, so that I could order it in time. Then, when placing the order, I made an ordering error which Ottoni Fabbrica quickly corrected so that the water cooker was delivered properly and on time. And what mattered most, we received a beautiful product. In short; Ottoni Fabbrica delivers a great product and excellent service!

Schönes und hochwertiges Produkt.Kauf und Versand unkompliziert.

My new kettle has arrived! I like the colour and design; modern blend of old skool. It arrived well packaged and didn't wait too long for it.
I just wish there was a cup measurement as I am guessing how much for 1 or 2 cups.

Prima Wasserkocher ohne Plastik. Endlich ein tolles Produkt gefunden!
