I’m really happy with my mattress

I’m really happy with my mattress. It’s very comfortable and a few months on it’s still supporting my body very well. I would have given a 5 star review but the delivery experience let down my overall experience. The communication was poor about the delivery day and the men who eventually delivered it were unhelpful.

Otty-erly marvelous!

Having paid for a premium delivery to the room of our choice, the delivery team asked us to help get the mattress off the van and into our house, up the stairs and onto the bed! Otty refunded the delivery charge and were great about it and apologetic. Good experience ordering and very happy with the service and product otherwise.

Good customer service and good products

One of the mattresses we received had a massive stain (apparently an oil stain) once unwrapped. We provided pictures and it was changed. The mattresses themselves are good and the company dealt professionally with the problem. The 4 stars instead of 5 are only because we had to wait to get the mattress we needed.

Took 3 months for order to arrive

Took 3 months for order to arrive, no order updates from company. Had to chase up order myself. No reply from CS email, had to call them.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Your order was placed on 28 November 2025, during a period where our delivery partner at the time, ArrowXL, was experiencing significant operational issues. Unfortunately this affected thousands of deliveries across a number of retailers, including ourselves, and led to delays that were outside of our control.
Since the end of January 2026, we have moved to a new courier partner and delivery performance has improved significantly.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused during that period and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.

Far too soft

The mattress topper was far to soft and giving for my body and I had to remove it part way through the first night as I was in pain

Comfort can be very personal and what feels supportive for one person may feel too soft for another. Our mattress toppers are designed to add additional cushioning to a mattress, which some customers find improves pressure relief, but we understand this may not suit everyone.

Guarentee isnt worth the toilet paper its pronted on.

Guarentee isnt worth the toilet paper it is written on. 4 years into a 10 year guarentee, centre of the mattress visibly collapses, and they refuse repair. Refuse escalation, and rude to boot.

Once we have this, we’ll be able to investigate further. Depending on the age of the mattress and the nature of the fault, there are typically three possible outcomes under the warranty process (as is standard across retailers):
Repair of the mattress
Replacement if a manufacturing fault is confirmed
A fair-use refund based on the age of the mattress

Pillow and mattress pretty good so far

Bought an Otty pillow alongside an Emma pillow. Both good but preferred the Otty. My wife also liked the Otty and used another for some time before finding it was a little high for her and she switched to the Emma. Either way, we liked it so much we bought two of the mattresses. When you first jump on they feel very soft but actually the support is great. So we are happy so far - about four weeks into the pillow and two weeks into the mattress.

Good quality, mixed service experience

The products I ordered seemed very good quality, although they didn’t suit me in the end. And over the months of dealing with Otty, customer service was prompt and helpful.

However, their courier was utterly incompetent, with one returned item it took several weeks to receive the refund and another item I returned )within trial period) was never refunded at all.

Unfortunately, during the time of your order we were using ArrowXL as our delivery partner, and they were experiencing significant operational issues which affected a large number of retailers, including ourselves. This did lead to delays and problems with some collections and returns, which we fully understand was frustrating for customers.
Since the end of January 2026 we have moved to a new courier partner and delivery and collection performance has improved significantly.
If there is still an outstanding refund that hasn’t been resolved, please contact us with your order details and we will be happy to investigate this for you.

Awful experience trying to make a return through Angie at customer service

I have historically loved their products but this company's approach to returns is purposely contrived to be as difficult as possible. Had a painful and drawn out experience trying to make a return recently. Don't rely on or assume that you are going to be able to make a return when you buy. They'll do everything to make it as difficult as possible. Make 100% sure that you like the product first!

We’re sorry to read your review and that you feel this way about your recent experience.
For clarity, mattress toppers are classed as accessories and come with a 30-night sleep trial, not the 100-night trial that applies to mattresses. They also fall under our accessories returns policy, which means:
Returns must be completed within the stated return window.
We do not offer free collection on accessories.
The cost of returning the item to OTTY is the customer’s responsibility.
You first contacted us regarding a return on 21st December, which was within the 14-day cooling-off period, and we provided full return instructions on 22nd December. However, the topper then remained with you for approximately 10 weeks, which placed it well outside of both the 14-day statutory return window and the 30-night sleep trial.
Requesting a return within the window does not extend the timeframe indefinitely — the item must still be sent back within the policy period.
Despite this, we offered — as a gesture of goodwill — to accept the return well outside of the policy terms, provided it was received within 7 days.
We’re sorry you found the process difficult, but we have followed our published returns policy throughout and, in this case, even made an exception to try to help.
