Like others only getting 1 star because I have to. Tracking number was received but weeks later no parcel, I asked for the currier details this side but none were given to me. I received one email stating to ask friends, neighbours if they had taken it in? They also stated that they would inform the police just in case I had received it and was lying. Informed the bang as fraud and get my money back, still no police have come to the door..

Item never showed up, company states it's gone to another address but doesn't know where??? They have told me to find it myself as it's nit there issue, absolute rubbish company.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Scam ordered a drink fridge and says it been delivered but no. Returned my emails before but not now. Website looks great with all the logos and cards. Website on Facebook

I received an email from them on 25 Fe 2025 to say they would contact me within 3 days to tell me about my order.
Have heard nothing from them, emailed them still nothing

Took the money, showed delivery progress, but nothing has appeared, weeks late. we should know to always check but hey, I'm one more schmuck.

SCAM - do not use. Like many others on here I thought I was ordering from a UK company (Endura). Having followed all tracking, they claim to have delivered it today but nothing has been received. I REPEAT - DO NOT USE!

I just checked the tracking number and showed my parcel been delivered but I don’t have any proof of that, I tried to contact them but nobody answered. Its a scam

Ordered an item weeks ago. Was told it would be delivered on the 5th April. Got a tracking link in original confirmation email which I thought I would check today (4th April). Link shows it was delivered already on 29th March although no email confirming that and no card through door. I do not have the item and am nearly £100 out of pocket. Not happy. No stars

Had tracking ref says package was delivered never received anything didn't get any photo for proof of delivery emailed them to say still told me it was delivered, sent again got no feed back ,reported to bank trying to get my money back put this company on scam bank alert list.

As with all the other people's reviews here I used what appeared to be a legitimate website. Parkside tools. Exactly the same as everyone else. I received a very dodgy looking receipt, different fonts, clearly a copy and paste from other websites. I waited, tracking was updated regularly. Eventually, it was marked as delivered. Except of course it wasn't. Avoid. I have reported to my bank. ****** Update April 10th ****** My bank have refunded me the money stolen by these people after I reported them to the fraud department. Also got a new card as they had my details of course.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star but there’s no option for zero. Absolute rubbish, don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting a bargain. Scam company, tracking goes on for many days and you think you’re getting the product, then it shows as delivered and isn’t. Emailed them for evidence, still waiting. Reported to bank as fraudulent.

Fraudulent company , goods don't arrive . Fake tracking link showing delivered after several complaining emails. Going down credit card charge back route. Typical lying eastern located traders.

Scamming bastards, I'm reporting them. Conning a disabled pensioner, they should be ashamed.

A scam site. Took payment for clothing item. Provided email confirmation and tracking item. Item never arrived. Emails to Customer Service Team rejected by network. Complete scam. Shame on them

Another scammed customer. I bought a tv from a Costco site. They sent tracking details. The item was marked as delivered. But it never arrived

Like many others I have been conned into thinking this was a UK company. I've emailed them several times regarding my purchase and been assured it was on it's way even sending me updated information regarding it's transit. They now alleged it was delivered on 27th March and I need to contact the courier company. I'm now awaiting confirmation of the company and want to see the delivery photo which I've stated, UK companies do to prove an item has been delivered. Any chance of getting a reply? I doubt it!!

Scammers mimicking a UK brand store-front. Genuine store are now warning of this issue.

Fraudulent company. advertised as Costco. failed to deliver then claimed item was delivered where it wasn't. No contact available. I reported them to my bank and UK Fraud / police. Please report to safeguard potential fraud victims

Yet another scam. Like the many other customers I realized today that I took have been scammed. Having thought that a month ago I was ordering from a legitimate company in the UK I was surprised when it was being shipped from China. According to the tracking which was obviously false my garden storage was supposedly delivered yesterday which it wasn't. We have CCTV and no delivery happened. I have lost over £50.

rating 1 only because i cant find minus 100 this is the biggest scammers i have delt with still denying there obligations to customers i would say dont ever go near this mob still trying to get my money back and will keep putting worst company ever dont go near them 🤬🤬🤬
