Scum bags, says delivered. It now won't return my emails, I ordered on credit card so I'll get my money back some how, I should have known better really as seemed too good to be true

Customers beware, they are fraudsters. I ordered sports gear off a link on instagram advertising a reputable brand. My money was taken and no products received.
This is the response I’ve had when asking for a refund:

2. In rare cases, there may be situations where customers have received the goods but claim not to have received them. We have received your feedback and will investigate this in detail. We may initiate legal procedures, including calling the police and further legal action.
We know that your trust is very important to us, so we will do our best to solve the problem for you and ensure a fair and just result. Give us some time. Thank you again for your understanding and support! I wish you all the best!”

If a deal is too good it most likely isn't true - these are scam merchants!
I was lead to believe that I was buying from a reputable company but this lot were using their name - suddenly a European company is Chinese.
Apparently the goods were delivered by their courier - it wasn't.
Difficult to avoid this bunch of crooks "Ounwear" as my original receipt wasn't from them - only discover they were thieves too late. How are these scum allowed to continue to operate?

Same as everyone mentioned. Fake website bought an item at a big discount and it never arrived, and is marked as delivered.

Total scam..never received goods!!!! Sent various messages and the tracking is total false!! Do not waste or lose your money; total scam

25 days to deliver clothes I bought that I thought were Alo Yoga and then they said they delivered it but nope, I haven't received anything...

I can also confirm that this is a scam company.

They operate numerous fake ‘branded’ websites, often advertising significant 80% discounts.

They don’t deliver the products and somehow manage to get fake tracking data through Track 17.

Take great care, they operate on Social Media (eg Facebook)

I am also a victim of theft from this company, I waited 25 days for a delivery, the delivery never came and now they are saying that the delivery person was stealing from the courier company because he's family member is in Hospital with Leukaemia, and had the cheek to send me a picture of someone in a hospital bed.

Scam ! I I lost money .no delivery ! Avoid at all costs !
Should all be arrested for theft.

Scam company, ordered Fallraven clothing, that never arrived. Chased up, received email and screenshot with fake delivery details. Chased up again, replied with email claiming that it has been delivered, and to follow up with the courier company. (No company details supplied), futher email requests for information ignored.

SCAM website!
Operates under several false websites including Costco Wholesale. Uses Track17 for product info but products never arrive. Avoid and report to Google if the site shows up in searches.

Very poor company, buyer beware. I ordered Mammut hiking clothing on what appeared to be the Mammut site, whole process was similar to Mammuts. Then I get emails regarding the goods coming from China, nicely detailed about where my goods are.....right up to the being successfully delivered......EXCEPT THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I query it with Customer Services, they tell me its expedited delivery.....STILL NOT ARRIVED. I ask again, they say our records say you have them.....in short, not their issue, its mine and they have completed their contract and I should contact courier......THERE ARE NO COURIER DETAIL....... At best I would suggest everyone avoid them. They also go by the name of Big House Enterprise located in Taiwan. No I need to raise the scam with Barclaycard.

Scam. Beware
I too was deceived by this company operating under a popular brand's name. The site on which I ordered my items was strikingly similar to the original brand (they had used the brand name and 'vip' following the name). The confirmation email was sent by Ounwear which I initially did not think much of. After waiting patiently for 1 month for my delivery, the tracking site said it had been delivered. However when I watched my CCTV coverage, there was no delivery van arriving at my residence at the time stated it was delivered. I have contacted fraud and sorted this out. I have also contacted the company who have failed to respond. Beware of similar companies such as this shameful one.

Fake website, scamming bastards. Don't order from here.

They took my money, processed my order sent a Fake tracking system, and will not answer any emails, total scam they need closing down
TOTAL SCAM take your money and then nothing

Waited weeks for delivery which didn't happen threatened with legal precedures then pleaded not to take legal action as delivery man sold items for medical bill.

They lie and cheat.

After telling me my order had been delivered (it hadn't) they then claimed it had been stolen by their courier to pay for a relative's medical treatment and "hoped I'd understand"!

They never offered to replace or refund.

Total scamming ba__ards - waited weeks for it sent emails never replied - saying delivered and it hasn't - required for home improvements and £53 pound out of pocket .

I checked credentials before ordering and the Costco details came up so thought ok .

Now I see all this !!! The site needs taking down urgently.
