Purchased a doll from this website on the 15/03/2026 the item still hasn’t arrived email sent to customer service on the 28/3/2026 no reply as yet I have a very disappointed child as this was her birthday present!!!

Scam company. Sent the doll ordered to incomplete address which they confirmed I will not receive. They now tell me until they receive the doll back (currently in limbo) I won't be refunded. This is literally breaking UK distant selling laws/regulations but they don't seem to care. They also think they are clever and do not accept PayPal so I will be initiating a charge back with my bank. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. Stick to known brands like American Girl which these guys are copy-catting from just in a amateur way.

Tody, i am 9 years old girl who loves buying generation toys. I was so happy to go and buy our generation study desk to set with my doll collection . I used my saving money . I went with my brother to smith toy at staple corner / London . when I bought the study desk I keeps on getting dents on it when I open it . the hinges for the desk top is really hard to closed. it’s already broken I ask my my mum to help me many times . I’m reallly sad that I spent all my money for toy brakes quickly .

Quick response, satisfactory solution

Bought Daya the vet doll for my granddaughter. She is 10 & autistic & still loves her dolls. Our generation dolls are her favourite, the bigger size is great for her to play with & the choice & accessories are brilliant. Service couldn’t have been better. Ordered & dispatched the same day & delivered really quickly. Very happy, would definitely buy direct again.

Much happier with my purchase this time. Lovely clothes and accessories and everything I ordered was there.

Writing a second review here further to my prior one on 12 Sept.
[TL;DR long time customer, love the product but customer service recently has fallen off a cliff].

Couldn't get hold of anyone for details to process a return despite many, many emails until I complained here. Then got return details, duly sent return and have not had a refund nor any response to my emails on status of the return. Real shame but at this point can only very strongly advise people to avoid purchasing directly from them.

I'd be grateful if someone could please respond to my multiple customer service emails regarding processing my refund.

The box was damaged and the item is a gift. Items should be protected better for posting.

Daughter really love the doll, only our generation had it still in stick. Delivery was very good, packaging very exciting child very excited.
Brilliant condition. Very pleased.

3 generation dolls ordered, including 2 of the same doll. On delivery, only 2 dolls arrived. I tried to contact via the website and also emailed, with no response, however, it was the weekend. On Monday morning, I received a very apologetic email, saying it must have been miss picked and would send the missing doll ASAP, by express 24hr delivery. It duly arrived the following day. I can only think, with it being the weekend, no-one was picking up correspondence. Not sure on other people's experiences, but mine was very positive.
The dolls are of good quality and my granddaughters love them. Thank you for a great service. Will 100% order from here again.

My little girl loves her our generation doll and accessories and she’s never been a doll lover .. their hair is so soft they’re beautiful dolls .. she did her first online purchase using her own bank account on her birthday she couldn’t wait to buy more things!!

No issues. Doll arrived promptly and 7 year old granddaughter loves it…. Her 10 year old sister wants one now for her birthday too and she is a big “Swifty” so lovely that this type of doll appeals to an “older” little girl.

I really liked the little accessories. Especially the fire. However it would have been even better with less plastic packaging I think

Bought two dolls,two pet set,two sets of pyjamas and two sets of clothes for my 4 and 5 year old granddaughters for Christmas.Although the items are expensive they are good quality so worth paying a little bit more. I’m sure they will love them.Delivery time was really quick too.

My daughter absolutely loves these dolls and sets she specifically picked this one when I gave her a choice she has so many of them but they are great and she loves them

Loved this so much it had me laughing, crying, the storyline and characters kept me wanting more, the wedding scene was just a perfect ending, one I will watch all over again 👍

The door of the dishwasher from the cooking island set was broken and I have sent pictures via email and I have not received any response back. Also make and bake stove oven does not light up. I have emailed our generation customer service twice it no response. This is really unfair because the product are expensive and faulty.
