It was a bit frustrating at the beginning as the AI generated answers weren't all that helpful. But the moment it switched over to a human, there was better understanding and insight. Thank you Eugene for helping me.

I have recently discovered they have been stealing money from my account every 2 weeks 28 euros but as it was prepaid card I never use, I haven't noticed until now. In total they stole 476 euros and refuse to refund. Saying is some subscription model and store credit yet I have never received anything from it. I don't even know how they got to my account as I never bought anything from their website. When I confronted them, they just used AI response to send some nonsense. Please do not make dealings with them and be careful, they are scammers and criminals stealing from low income expectant mothers.

A transaction was made on my MasterCard without my approval, &I had no idea what it was for. I reached out to Holland's support team, & they responded quickly and professionally. They canceled the transaction and promised to refund the full amount without hassle. I am honestly stoked, feeling relaxed and confident knowing they've got my back.
Trustworthy service all the way.

Also read on there website you can't get a refund.

Esta pagina me obligó prácticamente a escribir algo bueno sobre ellos, para devolverme dinero que tomaron de mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi consentimiento, alrededor de $50.00. prometiendo devolver y es pura mentira, son unos ladrones, estafadores, ni sabía que existía esta página. Me han robado...

Hace mes y medio hasta hoy dia, solo dicen devolveran lo robado y nada.
