I had the same issue as Honestreview, paid 2eur for postage for a gift box and got signed up for a VIP account at 64 EUR per month.

He answers all my concerns since I am doubting about my information about my money in my debit

Terrible customer service and the site is the biggest scam.
They sign you up to a $64/week vip membership after ‘winning’ a competition.
I’ve tried to get them to cancel my membership but they will not.
