Trying to buy a car park ticket using an app. Somehow I signed up for this. They will not tell me what I signed up for or give any sort of refund. I am trying to get my bank to make sure no further payments get taken by them. This is not a trustworthy site.

I like another reviewer was hurrying trying to download a parking app and thought that the pop up was part of the app only to find that money was the taken from my credit card a few days later. Credit card company informed me there was fraudulent movement on my account so card has been cancelled. Surely this is a scam,do not use!

My husband was trying to download the Uber app and mistakenly made a EUR 1 payment to this site thinking he was paying Uber. Ouryougaloves.com enrolled me in a membership and charged me EUR 47. When contacted they quoted their T & Cs which are illegal as they reject refunds even during the legal cooling off period. After much insistence and time wasted I was promised a refund on condition I would give a good review on Trust pilot. The refund was never made and I contacted them again and this time they promised a further refund of EUR 6.95 which they charged my card after cancelling the service. To date I await the refunds. When contacted about the EUR 47 refund the company said first they had to wait for the refund of EUR 6.95 to go through. This site is a scam. Do not use

I accidentally clicked on this site while downloading a parking app to pay for on street parking in Halifax on 27th Feb. The ad popped up and, because I was in a rush, I thought it was part of the download process for the parking app. Realised afterwards when 80p was taken and contacted them via online chat within the hour to cancel and told them it was a mistake. They said it would be cancelled after 14 days. Contacted my bank to block any future payments and so glad I did because they've already tried to take another £23! on 3rd March. I don't even know what they are...complete SCAM!!!

I liked how easily my problem was attend. I didn't like the fact that initially I was told that my subscription was canceled only to find out my account is being debited.

THIS SITE SCAMS PEOPLE IN TO BUYING MEMBERSHIPS THEN CANCELS THEM SAYING NO FURTHER CHARGES WILL BE MADE. I HAD TO PRESS AND THREATEN THEM TO GET A REFUND. THEY LED ME TO BELIEVE I WAS ACCESSING CAMERA SHUTTER COUNT SOFTWARE WHICH WAS A SCAM NO ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE!!!
