Very responsive with getting back to with email ..sent details in about faulty product and couple photos and all sorted ..
JOEL was very helpful couldnt ask for better service

I contacted outback equipment to find out if my order had been dispatched, Talei was prompt to reply, after a few emails back and forth, I found Talei to be most helpful, quick to respond to all my queries, I can’t fault her polite service, nothing was too much trouble!

I will never shop with Outback Equipment again. They do not ship in the timeframes they promise, even when you pay extra for express shipping.
They take days to respond to emails and waited on the phone line for 30 mins twice before giving up.
I asked for a refund because they took so long to ship, but they refused. I now need to alter my travel plans to collect their shipment.
I went with an AU retailer because I thought they would be quicker and easier to deal with than an overseas vendor. I was wrong, the purchases I made from AliExpress the same day arrived before Outback Equipment had even processed my order

After a few hiccups with aus post Courtney from customer support was so helpful and quickly found a solution and swiftly got my order out to me. Thank you very much for your help and expertise 👍

Order boat parts was was confused as to why the same product had different price spoke to Courtney and she explained the difference very polite and helpful excellent service thankyou Courtney 🥂🥂

Talei from Outback Equipment had been a pleasure to deal with.

In addition to the great service when I bought the product, I recently had a minor warranty issue. Joel was straight onto it and had a new part sent by the manufacturer within days. All the while was kept well informed throughout. Cannot recommend more highly.

Talei from customer service was outstanding after I received an incorrect delivery item. She contacted me straight away and nothing was too hard or too much trouble. It is reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, Outback Equipment — and particularly Talei — acts promptly and thoroughly to resolve the issue.

ordered a 12v system from outback equipment it arrived smashed no fault of the company that courier had damaged it. I got in contact the same night and heard back from a team member Courtney who was really awesome to deal with always updating me on the process and was really great customer support. I highly rate the team especially Courtney. thanks guys

Purchased a GME uhf which arrived very promptly. On installation I found a small defect in the handset. Joel from Outback Equipment was very helpful in arranging return postage and following up with the supplier to provide a replacement. Overall VERY happy with the customer service and post sale support. More than happy to recommend OE to others!

I have given a 5 star review to your Company but especially to Jasmine who answered my phone call, sort-out the issue I was having, all in a friendly manner, remaining professional and knowledgable at the same time.

Ordered a solar panel was told it was a very busy time of year and to allow an extra couple of days, after two weeks of hearing nothing I messed and asked what was happening only to get a”it’s here we just haven’t put it through the warehouse it’ll only be another day or two” another week later nothing still so I emailed again as a trip was coming up that I needed it for, got in touch with talei who was brilliant to deal with, chased up what was going on and kept in contact and thankfully got the product to me in time, so thanks talei and everyone else that helped all ended well after a bit of a delay at the start cheers

Wanted to buy a underbody water tank for my transit, had a look on the outback equipment site found what I needed but being a dinosaur i jumped on the phone,was answered by Courtney who was able to sort out my queries, re freight etc to WA, my order is the way. Wonderful experience, don't normally buy online but thanks to Courtney I look forward to doing business with Outback Equipment in the future WELL DONE 5 🌟+

After several attempts at phoning, only to be told it was their really busy time by a recorded message so I hung up.
Logging into their system told me the item was dispatched but no tracking details even after 23 days since paying for the item.
Then I received an Email add for their special sale, so I used that to send a return Email and got a reply within hours that my item was on it's way, so well done for that Talei. Bit disappointed that all my other attempts to make contact were unsuccessful but if products arrives and is worth the $723.82 I spent on purchase and delivery I will be very happy.
