Amazing customer service from start to finish! Unfortunately, my order won't make it in time for the wedding this Friday, but the support team was by my side the entire time, offering great alternative solutions like the Green Exchange. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I'll figure out the ring situation for the wedding day somehow—LOL! Highly recommend them for their dedication and support.

I love this company and the way they deliver their customer service and communication as well as the top quality of their goods! I’ve got 9 rings and one necklace and they are beautifully packaged and delivered fast and the quality is second to none! The staff are super friendly and helpful and have a great way of communicating with their customers and are always wanting feedback to improve . In a world of online scams and bad quality products and little customer service outlaws Amsterdam are the opposite of that I have found and really stand out! Quick communication and prompt service!

The ring I selected isn’t suppose to be shiny, it looked a little bit brushed in the photo on their official site, but when it came it is very shiny. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew this. Also because it is international shipping it is longer process to change it. So it end up in the draw and will look somewhere else
