OUTLAWS. Amsterdam, is an Amsterdam based webshop, established in 2018 by two young entrepreneurs from Amsterdam. Thinking about life and bringing value to people, we realized that nowadays it’s all about exclusive brands. However, we think different. We believe you don't need expensive brands to express who you are. You express yourself by your style and the person behind that style. “If evolution is outlawed, only outlaws will evolve.”

Parfait !
Je conseille vivement ce site sur lequel j'ai commandé des bagues de qualité. Le tout emballé dans un beau packaging. Le service après vente est également rapide (changement de taille pour ma part).

BEWARE OF SIZING ISSUES
After receiving my order , a ring that using their guide was excessively to big the customer service team have been delaying action for nearly a week now giving the feeling they really don't want to exchange even offering half the money back in store credit if I keep the oversized ring. What use is an oversized ring.

Ian!
I'm genuinely sorry to read this, brother.
A ring that doesn't fit is frustrating enough, but feeling like our team is dragging their feet instead of helping you find a solution? That's not the service you should expect from us.
I've requested your order details through Trustpilot so I can personally look into what's been happening.
Once you share those with me, I'll go through the conversation with our team and see where things went wrong and what we can do to make this right.
We don't want you stuck with a ring you can't wear,
Sam

Horrible experience
If you live in the US, save the headache and buy somewhere else within your own country. If you need to do an exchange, which is common with online jewelry services, you’re pretty much out of luck. You’ll need to pay a hefty fee to return the item, deal with customs and potentially have the item re-routed back to you because it didn’t clear customs. Never buying from this store again.

Paulo!
I'm genuinely sorry to read this, brother.
And I completely understand your frustration. Having to pay international return shipping, deal with customs, and potentially have a parcel sent right back to you is a lot of hassle, especially when all you want is a ring that fits.
You're absolutely right that exchanges should be easier than that.
We do offer the standard return and exchange process, but we also have a Green Exchange option specifically to help customers avoid situations like this.
It sounds like we haven't done a good enough job of making that option clear to you, and that's something we need to look at.
I'm going to reach out to you personally by email. I'd really like to understand what happened with your order and see what we can still do for you.
I know we've left you with a bad impression, but I don't want your experience with Outlaws to end like this.
We've got your back. 🖤

Bold yet refined
Really happy with my Turquoise Band. I love the combination of the vibrant turquoise and the clean, polished design. It’s bold without being over the top, and stylish without trying too hard. Exactly the kind of piece I was looking for.

You are immediately made to feel like family and you are kept up to date on your order with a touch that only be described as a friend call you to tell you what's going on...Ya'll have the right formula for customer service and your products are amazing..Love my cross!
