Leider passten die Ringe nicht richtig an meinen Fingern. Da kann aber niemand etwas dafÌr. QualitÀt der Ringe ist ok aber fÌr mich nicht stimmig zum Preis. Das ist aber meine ganz persönliche Meinung.
RÃŒckabwicklung hat problemlos funktioniert. Man wird regelmÀÃig informiert und kennt den aktuellen Status.
Nach Ankunft der RÃŒcklieferung wird die Ware kontrolliert. Wenn alles passt, wird der Betrag zurÃŒck erstattet. Reibungslos und einwandfrei !
Einziger Wermutstropfen besteht in den Kosten fÌr die RÌcksendung. Die trÀgt man selbst. Das sind per DHL, 20 Euro die zu Lasten des KÀufers gehen. Letztlich passten die Ringe nicht. Was soll ich also damit ?
Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne. Das geht meines Erachtens absolut nicht. Ich habe per e Mail meinen Unmut darÃŒber geÀuÃert. VerstÀndnis dafÃŒr habe ich bekommen aber mehr auch nicht. Das ist tatsÀchlich fÃŒr mich ein Grund warum ich -nicht - wieder bestellen werde. Das Risiko, dass ein Ring nicht passt ist immer vorhanden.
