I love this socks ! I had one issue once and the customer service was excellent, quick and easy to contact!

Purchased lightweight merino socks which all developed holes within ~6-8 months. After writing a 2-star review just to inform people of potential durability issues, their customer service team reached out promptly and offered a free replacement, with the midweight version for added durability. I really appreciate Outway's effort to go above and beyond here.

Prior to ordering socks for a Christmas present (during a big sale they were having) I submitted an inquiry to their customer service and had a reaponse with 24 hours, with an apology for the late response.
When I did place my order the shipment came within a week.

We are happy with the socks however one pair were defective. I submitted an inquiry and the chatbot said a human would be back with me. I was surprised it happened within 5 minutes. I was offered a replacement pair, abd even a different choice if I wanted. Then another customer service person took over after I made my replacement choice, had the replacement shipped out and I had the new pair within 5 days.
And, the customer service team followed up with me after they saw the delivery was confirmed.

These days with bots and and 99% of the time the inability to connect with a human or be put on hold and then disconnected, dealing with this customer service team has been very positive.

These are the only socks I wear. I love them so much, when I had an issue Customer Service were helpful, quick and very responsive.

I was having a terrible experience with another sock manufacturer so I came back to Outway. Had purchased once before from them and was ready to try more styles, so I placed an order. There was a small error, likely by me, that needed to be corrected and they responded to me email in less than hour with truly the best customer service I have had in a long time.
I *still* don't have my order a month later with the other company, or my refund, and I placed my order and received it with 2? 3 days tops? from Outway.
Will shop again. well done!

I had an issue with one of my socks 1 month after, and after a coulple emails with the bot, customer service took over and took care of my replacement order right away, and did a follow up after the new pair was delivered. Really happy about the customer service

Easy to order, and, these socks are so comfortable. Nice designs + amazing colours!

I love these socks, the design and quality! Outway also offers a wonderfull service. I made a mistake on my order and pick up the wrong socks and realised too late to adjust. I tried to reach by email anyway and they found a way to correct my mistake. It was easy and very helpfull.

J’avais commandé, une bonne commande de bas, et je n’ai jamais reçu cette commande, et tout de suite (à peine une heure après avoir contacter le service à la clientele, on m’a pris en charge, renvoyé une nouvelle commande, et ils m’ont même fait des suivis à savoir si j’avais bel et bien reçu la nouvelle commande, tout un service !

The initial socks I purchased were too small. After inquiring about swapping them out for another pair, the immediate response was to ship me larger replacement socks at no extra charge. This was not necessary and very much appreciated. The socks fit great. I love the look and feel. The designs are very cool. I am very satisfied with the customer service.

Love the socks these guys make, the material is very comfortable and they're durable. Colours and designs are super fun and unique. Just as good as the product is their customer service team, I had to contact them about an order, and they responded promptly and helped me with what I needed, it was super easy. I'm always happy to support a great Canadian company and I will 100% continue to order from them.

Great experience with customer service. I made a mistake in my order and they corrected it before sending me the socks. The socks look good and feel great.

Great product great customer service awesome company

I had a little trouble with my order (not the companies fault, it was my fault). I reached out to customer service. Aiko replied right away and sorted it all out for me. Really amazing customer service!!
I absolutely LOVE these socks. I use them on all my hiking trips. They don't leave me with blisters. They are super comfortable and breathable. I have 8 pairs!!!! I will be buying more.

Love the look of these. I would say if you’re at the upper end of a size range, take the next size up. I had a slight problem with the merino wool socks and their customer service were fabulous. I would highly recommend as my family loves them.
